While I like to shop at Walmart, I dont like Horrible customer service, for the past 3 day we have been trying to call in and speak to the store manager with a compliment about the store. And each time you call in I guess its the receptionist job to find out who is calling for the manager and why. Why is it that as a paying customer you cant just called and ask to speak to the store manager and actually get him on the phone. And if the store manager is not available why cant you get any manager on the phone when you ask for one. We have been hung up on, left on hold, given the 3rd degree about speaking to a manager. What if my compliment or compliant was about the very person that is answering the phones and giving the 3rd degree out then when they feel you are upset then and only then can you get a manager on the phone. Well after the receptionist was so Horribly rude and finally gave me the store manager name (Eric) to me and she felt I was upset then I could get the co manager on the phone wow so lie and say the customer who is very calm just asking to speak to the store manager is angry then you could get somewhere. I think Walmart got things twisted, I think yall need to rethink how your receptionists answer the phone. I think as a store manager who may or may not be busy should be able to take a call and if not him then one of the department managers should get the call especially since its a customer and you never know what they are calling about. I will be writing a complaint letter to you corporate office even though I know they dont care they will just forward back to the store to see if the problem can be resolved. Poor customer service can only be resolved when someone from the store with authority actually does something about it. This is the kind of info I like to post to social media. Im a paying customer and without paying customers I dont think any of you would have a job but whom am I to say just a paying customer whom was treated horribly the the am receptionist and the evening receptionist for the past 2 nights. I wish I was able to give a no star or 1/2 star for the nice new Walmart customer service.

Let me start off by saying if youre not a morning person then get the night shift, I asked around 6:39am if the customer service desk was open two associates responded that not until 7am As I was walking away I figured Id ask another associate since the other lady didnt seem interested in helping me. When I asked Im guessing the same rude lady walked towards us and wanted to know what I asked, as the associate told her I wanted to see if someone could help me at the service desk she mumbled and rolled her eyes "well its not open till 7" And then they ignored the fact I was still standing there and started talking about the fireworks, I felt so stupid so I left... If youre not interested in helping me id be more respectful if youd just say that, but do not dismiss me like if I was being annoying when I was polite the entire time. Rant over.

Worst experience ever..it is unfortunate for me to give such a review on such a superficially beautiful place but waiting in the 20 items or less line for 45 minutes after a lady with about 100 items was there is not a good experience. It is over crowded with not enough staff on registers you would figure it being a sunday mid day they would staff better....oh and what put the cherry on top was the Costco style line to get out total shopping time 10 minutes to get what I came in for 45 minutes in the checkout line and 20 to get out of the building through a receipt check out!!! Sorry I rather l at the extra dollar at Target.....

Seriously! The worst customer service ever! Straight up they hired the least qualified people they have zero tolerance to even speak to people! If they dont want to help customers they should just go home and stay there! Today I needed assistant in the self registers and the lady in the front a customer service assistant gave me the worst help ever she let me wait for like 6minutes! She literally seemed she had a bad day but yet was being "supposedly busy" when she was just walking around and holding her cellphone. Management needs to do something about it! I remembered her old face as well

Had my oil changed in the auto department they never called me and by the time i called to see if they were done they were closed my fault ok. I get my car this morning in their parking lot and it was unlocked overnight. the marijuana pipes i had in my middle console were gone and so was most of the change in my cupholder. This is how I know it was someone who worked there because i had 50$ in 1$ bills and my gps was still there. The idiot thought i wouldnt report the change or pipes. If it was a random off the street i know for a fact my gps and 50$ would also be missing i mean its rialto

Horrible service!!! I placed an order online .. I called in to check on it since it said it would be ready by 4:30 pm but I never received confirmation of items being ready . I was hung up on 4 different times after being place on hold for several mins!!!! What kind of customer service is this??!!!! Even thought the 4th time I told the rep I had been hung up on 3 times she hung up on me again!!! Will be sure to get this to corporate office!!!! Cancelled my order and will be shopping else were ... Nice way to treat your VETERANS!

Managemeant needs to do sumthing about the people i used to go to high skool with. They visit this store waaaay too much and i cant shop cumfortably without seeing anyone i knew in high skool. Also, i dont like super stores like this because they hurt mom and pop stores. thats why i buy most of my things from Target. Target also has POP k0rn and is conveneant. All this walmart have is mcdonald which makes u fat and gives diabetus. for a healthier, friendlier, and no people from high school shoping ecsperience shop target.

I wish I didnt even have to give a star. So first things first I went on a Friday night 15 minutes before closing an they werent letting any one in the store I ask why they said cause management said I call that bullshit. Next day I went I got what I need one thing didnt have the tag so my ask if they can get someone to bring up the Same item the cashier said you cant buy it what the hell kind of service is this place giving. If they dont like there jobs why are they still there they really need to get fired or leave

Hate it here. The employees are so rude and slow. And you can never find an employee ever no matter what department I go to whether its the jewelry home or Auto theres never up employee there at a the Department. I always have to hunt down an employee to tell them to call somebody for the Department that Im at to get help and then they take about 10 minutes just to get to you to help you by that time you helped yourself so whats the point horrible customer service.
