Mucho mejor que lo que era el tapatio la calidad de la carne , verduras , fruta comida en general , mi unico mal comentario es sobre el servicio al cliente las cajeras nunca saludan son muy descortez , al igual que los supervisores cuando estan atendiendo una caja , pero valen la pena los productos y precios que la tienda ofrece !

el servicio en la carniceria es una pesadilla,el domingo fui y tome un numero me toco el 188 era ridiculo pues estaban sirviendo el #74 y tardaron 20 minutos en atender a otro cliente.si tienen buen precio en las carnes pero los empleados desaniman a los clientes a regresar.

My family and I receive food stamps, so they pay for the re-usable plastic bags when we use them. We mentioned to the cashier that we needed more bags for what we purchased, the cashier didnt listen and ended the transaction, then charged us for an extra bag. That was very poor customer service, some people like my family are on a budget and this cashier didnt even think or care about that. I really hope customer service like this improves because if not then people like us, are going to have to try to avoid shopping here.

No vuelves venir a este lugar, Las cajeras estan con una flojera y muy lentas aparte de que avia mucha gente y solo 2 cajas abiertas. No vengan a esta tienda. Estaba mejor como antes deperdida antendian mas rapido.

Es un excelente lugar para comprar pero los de carniceria platican mucho y se tardan de masiado para a tender al cliente del numero 68 al 75 espere 33 minutos pero lodemas es excelente gracias

Muy mal pocas cajeras y siempre q boy a pagar me tardo mas de 15 minutos. era mejor el tapatio. Y las cageras muy heducadas y saludan. Pero hoy todo lo contrario. No hay cajeras !!!!

I am verrry disappointed at this new store ...I honestly I doubt I will go back...I was very dissapointed to see that it was very unorganized n dirt...most of the fruits n vegetables were definitely going bad bad experience.. When it was el Tapatio I was very blessed ...I hope they take our opinions in mind because definitely not working out for you guys

The place was change owners from tapatio store. But the pricew are still good including veg and drink and meat. But the only problem would be the bagging out of all the staff they got there no bagging service. really bad if now days youre paying for a bag. Owner please as my opinion for to make more revenue to this place please provide bagging service.

El super usually has the lowest prices overall for a grocery store, however the meat is they sell there doesnt feel fresh and like its close closet expiration when they sell it. Other than the meats everything else is pretty good.

Awesome prices on the meat! Terrible customer service, every time. Meat prices are so good, I endure the bad customer service. Expect long lines and employees with a bad attitude.

Good place to get deals on meats and produce. But the meat dept is always swamped. If you plan on getting some meat, prepare to wait a while. Avoid Sundays if possible!!!

Very competitive prices lower than cardenas in most cases. There is a US Bank in this one. They have specials on the weekends. Got 5 bolillos for 99 cents.
