they have a lot of cash registers but they never really opened them huge lines to pay .I spoke to the checkout manager about the cash registers not being open and having a lot of customers she gave me attitude saying she didnt own the store and there was no one else to work .. Next day I when in and talk to Al the store Manager he was really professional and he sincerely apologize about that incident he said he was going to look into that and talk to the checkout manager , But over all the produce section is Great great prices. On wednesday they got especials and gets pack of ladies fighting for tomatoes. Great Mexican products. The restaurant area the food is good but the tables are left dirty. They need to keep an eye on those tables

There lines suck. They never have enough cashier and they only have no more that four lines open. There produce is always full of flies and there always all bruised. I only come here for certain things cuz even there express line in always 15-20ppl in line and only one line. For this market being as busy as they r you would think they would have more cashiers....... Ive seen ppl just walk out cuz there check out lines a so ridiculous. Also I dont know why these stores allow there employee to have there cell phones while they are in the clock. It never fails Everytime I come in you always see there cashiers on there phones texing. Maybe if they didnt have there phone with them they wouldnt be so distracted and the lines would move faster.

This is by far my favorite el super to shop at! Its always extremely clean, great prices, great deserts! And the produce and deli are my favorite because they save me a ton of money and are the best tasting, I feel that I am getting my moneys worth and amazing flavor everytime! My husband loves to cook Carne asada and chicken and the meat department always has great prices and meat which all of our guests continuously enjoy! Thank you el super and please keep up the good work!!!

Im new to the area... I went in to buy carnitas & salsa but I was also very eagered to try their ceviche or nopales & they didnt have anything prepared not even pico de gallo. The clerk said their fridge was broke but they did have a few cold items like salsa & some salads. This store left a bad impression on me plus the clerks were not friendly at all. But the green salsa I bought was good (the only plus) the carnitas were whatever, Ive had better.

Overall. Large market with good produce section. Good prices and specials. Products offered are limited to a few brands within each department. If you want Latin products, theyre in abundance, but dont expect specialized or gourmet items other than Latin ones. Large deli and bakery offering mostly Latino traditional items.

This place is very clean by far the cleanest El Super Ive ever been to. Im huge on cleanliness and this one takes the cake. I use to shop at the San Bernardino store but I noticed this one by moms house is nicer and cleaner. The hot foods are delicious and the bread is amazing! Thank you El Super for being good to my family.

Conveniently situated between Upland and Ontario this super market has plenty of inventory of international mexican food brands, the staff is friendly but the chain market has been recently under the spotlight due to recent allegations of pest within their stores.
