I agree entirely with the reviewer who said the cashiers are rude, completely accurate. The café is about the worst service one could imagine. Ive stood for 5 minutes to order a sandwich only to have the one and only cashier looking at her machine tape and pretending she didnt notice me. I think the staff in the café is more interested in waiting on tables to collect tips than to take care of the counter service. Whatever the reason, the service is horrendous. I have been working across the street for almost 2 years, its always the same at Bristol Farms. Forget about trying to call an order in. IF someone waits on you when you go to pick it up the order will either not be ready and/or it will be wrong. The other day I tried to call in my order but they very simply didnt bother to answer the phone: I tried 10 times over a 20 minutes period. Kept going to voicemail. Voicemail in a café? A simple solution would be for the café manager to tell the staff that someone needs to attend to the customers at the counter ALL THE TIME. They can take turns waiting tables to get their tips. I am shocked that an upscale establishment like BF allows this type of service, or lack thereof. AWFUL. RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE. If my staff treated a client like I am treated Id fire every last one of them!!!!!

The place closes at 10 pm i arrive at 8 i ask for a fresh made pizza and the guy cook tells me i cant make pizza requests me to eat the old ones in display wow... Seriously tells me no more ingredients. Put away.??? Its Early. Store is still open. Running is that the policy.? This is Not fair for hard working people just looking for a place to eat fresh food it was on Wed middle week the 27 oct what kind of service is this. They dont care about cutomers needs... Very poor Bristol farms.is hiring lazy people who dont want to work anymore so i will go to whole food no problem they always go out there way for me. Thanks management. You really show youre colors for quality.service.!!

This store can take a lesson from Pavillions in customer service. The line will be 12 people deep and there are employees just yacking with each other. Although the quality of grocery and deli are excellent, it is frustrating to pay top dollar for sub par service. The few times Ive ate at the restaurant they have taken way too long for simple sandwich even though they werent particularly busy. They should get their service act together as they do have excellent products.

Although expensive, Bristol Farms is a well-known gourmet store that offers an amazing array of products. Their food bar and in-house restaurant serve a large variety of choices. Especially delicious is their Poke Bar and sushi. Also a wonderful place to buy flowers and a great deal on orchids.

This market provides a higher cut of meats, cheeses and deli. You pay for the quality. Cheese selection is extensive. Great service. Deli has outdoor seating. You can sit there and watch the exotic sports cars cruise by which are common for the area.

I like Bristol Farms better than Whole Foods - staff much more friendly and good selection of items. While expensive, Bristol Foods is still not as expensive as Whole Foods.
