Purchased a 25 ton log splitter made it 8 miles and the hubs locked up blowing out 1 tire. Upon looking at the hubs they overnighted the axle nuts instead of leaving the axle nuts loose and putting in the corner keys so the axle nuts could remain loose. Hopefully the machine splits wood better than it does so 1 star for now.

Horrible customer service. You can wonder around the store or be in an aisle looking, comparing products/prices and not one employee will stop to ask if you need help. Ive shopped at that store 3 times and it was the same experience all 3 times.
