Walking in to the Grass Valley ATT store gives you an immediate and overwhelming sense of euphoria. The ambiance of the store is emaculate and the staff being better than I have ever experienced. Coming from the bay area...you just dont get this type personal and intimate help from wireless consultants. With the older demographic being the most pertinent factor in Grass Valley, I believe they consistently strive to go up and beyond the expectations of their job requirements in the retails sales industry. I tip my hat especially to the manager of the store. From my first purchase of Direct TV down to my last visit involving my iPhone not properly functioning, he conveyed such fantastic and useful information about my device, I felt like I was receiving my own personal coaching. Your stores staff have made me a customer for life. Thank you.

Service was slow. You sign in when you arrive, & 30 minutes later, I was still waiting. A nice young man who was off the clock & headed home agreed to tell me how to get my phone unlocked. I did not know that ATT could lock up a Samsung phone that I purchased at COSTCO! I had to call 611 multiple times & wait 2 days while the unlock notice failed to materialize, before a nice lady got it done. Beware of carriers that overcharge & try to control your phone & your phone service!

Tanner went beyond what I thought anyone would go. So easy to understand and and talk to. As I was going in and dealing with the other staff they were all just as kind. Tanner is still my favorite but I just love working with them all.
