I went here to return a laptop I had purchased from a Walmart Supercenter. I had the receipt and was still under 15 days. The manager noticed my laptop box had a small label missing, as if someone had cut around it and peeled it off. I hadnt noticed this when I purchased the laptop. The label was NOT the UPC or the Serial Number of the device. She rudely refused to take it back, offering me no explanation as to why. She just said we dont sell products with labels taken off them, and therefore this could not have been purchased at Walmart. My last option was to take it to the same store I purchased it from. I spoke to the manager there are told him my experience with the other store. Astonished, he said all of the laptops shipped to his store have this label cutout. And this was a Walmart SUPERCENTER. Anyway, Im very disappointed with their customer service.

An amazing range of merchandise selection is consistently available. They carry everything from Groceries to Electronics, and just about everything in between. Lower prices cannot be found at any other "Brick & Mortar" Store within 100s of Miles. Use thier App. to let it check for you. If you paid more at Wal Mart, they will give you a digital "Gift Card" to apply the difference to a future purchase. If You are used to shopping at "Super Center" Size locations, this store will seem small. I am used to small Wallgreens, or many smaller Target stores. I can appreciate there are two floors with more great buys per Sq. Foot than four Wallgreens or two Target stores put together. I have had very positive interactions with friendly, fast, helpful employees every visit to this store. I always leave with a full cart and a Smile. :-)

Tried to do Pickup here twice and both were terrible experiences. The first time, took us about 20 minutes to find the pickup (even after asking) and another 45 min to get our stuff. Granted that was holiday season but still. Would have been much quicker just to grab items and use a cash register. The second time, I arrived to no one at the counter. Waited 15 minutes and then finally went to a register to grab someone. After I finally got someone, they informed me that they never even grabbed the item so I would have to get it myself. Then after trying to get it, they informed me that the item was actually somewhere in the back room and they would have to look for it. Again, save yourself some time and frustration and just avoid using the Pickup desk. In the end, they didnt have my item at the store.

I was calling today around 4pm. Feb. 18th 2017 To ask if they have a character by the name Curious George party supplies so i dont have to make a trip from SF to Richmond it would be a waste of time so i spoke with a female operator who has a accent of a India language she said to wait while they page or check, i waited about 40mins. I called back and the same operator said i will page them and i was literally waiting for someone to response No! ONE! And call back once again the operator hang up on me, i called for last time nobody pick up the phone... i was upset so i reviewing you guys as 1 and make this as really simple you guys really have bad customer service.. i wouldnt want to go to guys store

Worst Walmart ever, i bought an OBD II Scanner from them and found out it didnt work because it wasnt getting any power, so i tried to return it a couple days after i bought it, still had my receipt and container...when I asked BRANDON, the "manager", he said that they were unable to take it because they didnt have that specific item i bought from them in the system (although they will gladly sell it to you) I took a picture of the price tag and they said thay they physically need to scan another one to make my return go through...but they dont have any other ones and dont know when theyll be getting them in stock.

Yes- they dont answer their public phone. Actually: they dont use phones at all. I was at the upstairs check-out, one stand open, with 20+ in the line. The guy watching the door went over to phone to ask for MORE checkers... No one would answer HIS calls! Kids were playing in the elevator; - they can turn it off, or keep it on a obscure floor or something, as NO elevators would come, yet you could here the kids laughing. A cloud of smoke came out with them when it finally worked. Typical to WalMart: some prices are GREAT, some only so-so... in this hood low prices on major brands are rare.

If I could give a 0 star I would. The service is HORRIBLE and the associates are rude! They dont care for your time and will walk right by without asking if I need help. The jewelry counter shouldnt even be a part of the store if a customer has to stand there for more 20 minutes to wait for an associate to open the counter. I wouldnt go here if youre in a rush, because youll be standing there waiting and once someone comes to help they tell you that they arent able too because the "manager" on duty is on break...YOU SUCK!

This Walmart is the worse I have ever seen. Management is useless. I have put down my items and walked out before because they only had one line open with about 17 people in it. We asked them to open another line and they said they couldnt because the manager was not there. I felt bad for the checker. The shelves are not stocked. I went yesterday and the up escalator and one of the elevators was out of service. They really need to get it together. Id rather just pay the extra money and go Target.

I called asking if they had a item in stock and they said they couldnt look it up but they could transfer me to the department that can. So they did and ten minutes later no one picked up. So I called back, the same lady transfers me to the wrong department, then I get transferred again to the correct department, and 15 minutes passes and no one answers! Waste of time, patience and phone battery. Walmart- get it together and teach your employees how to look up stock!

I hate this G.H.E.T.T.O @&% W.M....really like i can go on & on on the infinite reasons why..but no time. So to keep it short & sweet the #1 reason is a combo consisting of how their staff are repulsive and poorly trained, the absolute lack of professionalism on any front all the up to their "ASST MOD CHRIS"(this chump is borderline retarded btw..), etc etc just painful to re-live my experience at this terrible nightmare store...hmm wonder if i can smell a lawsuit?

This place does not deserve a star at all. I came from work out and got a cereal and I happened to get an expired cereal. An employee said that because the customer service was closed, I couldnt exchange it and get the same one. What a whole sh...t load of crap!!!! not getting any food items here anymore. Oh and dont ever bother to call cause theyll just transfer you without saying that they would do so. Then, you wait and wait for anyone to pick up.
