I have been going to this store for over 5yrs and today might have been my last, i even had a friend who was working here a lot and i used to come by a little more often. This new security guard yall have hired just discriminated me and tried to say that he was just doing his job. I was leaving my expensive bike in front of the store, so that i could just grab something to drink really quick. He looks at my bike then looked at me and then told me as i leaned my bike up against the 25 cent machine that i had to take my bag off and to leave it next to my bike. As i was starting to take my bag off, i told him that i have been going to this store for a long time and this was the first time i have ever been asked to do that. He responded saying that he was just doing his job. I looked around and noticed that there were non-black people walking with their bags on and stopped. I then called the security guard on his bs and left. I dont think that its fair for your security guard to discriminate against people and if that is something he is supposed to be doing, then i dont think i can support this place anymore.

Food Max! Please be noted that your Cashier # 110136 needs a long vacation. She was exhausted, rude and very bad tempered cashier that I have ever encountered. To make long story short- I approached this cashier because she was at first register and not long line seen so I thought it will be fast. My turn came, no greeting, nothing. my baby girl grabbed a paint set from the isle by herself and I didnt get chance to see the price on the rack. So asked this girl "can you tell me the price of this?" She goes..."I dont know...." then after a big pause she added..." I have to check it then I would know " I was shocked with her answer. Then I replied " yes, thats what I want you to do for me".Then she quickly scanned and read the price for me and I told her that I wanna get that too. The whole time she was acting so mad.. as if I was her burden which I could see from her body language and face. I am still feeling guilty for going to her register, leaving other good cashiers...!!!!!

Just about everything is cheaper than Safeway, but that doesnt say much. The fresh produce isnt top notch like Safeway, but the simple solution is to pick through it till you find something that your ok with. I shop there for convenience and price mainly. The parking lot is huge, so it doesnt take much time to get in. The bathrooms are emergency basis only(they are open to anyone who walks into the store). If your looking for something uncommon, or high end, go to Safeway. If your looking for common ingredients or products I would suggest shopping here.

Cheaper than normal-cost grocery stores, but still with a solid selection of products. High-quality vegetables, and even some organic produce available too. They have all the mainstream products, as well as a range of spices and ethnic foods. Only complaint is that the bakery section is very white-flour/white-sugar, and the cheese / egg section is kind of lackluster. Otherwise definitely recommend! Plus: its completely unpretentious and very diverse, which I enjoy.

There is almost always huge, winding lines and like 3 or4 checkers. The self checkout machines malfunction quite frequently, adding to the time it takes to get out of this place with your items. Carts are frequently peppered about the parking lot, as they are not brought to the front of the store by employees frequently enough. Its usually well stocked though, considering how many people are perpetually in the store

They tell me the product I want is out but they will have it in a few days I have been told that about 10 times in the past few if they have decided not to stock it anymore they should tell me that I will go to say way even if it is a little further away rather than come there first and waste my time and have to turn around and go to say way anyway it really upset me that they are so deceitful

Parking lot is huge but you may still experience difficult finding a spot. Theres not much options at this store compared to others you may be use to but thanks to that they are able to keep their prices lower too. The place is very well kept but occasionally you may get customers leaving their Starbucks drink and what not. Lines can get very long but they usually move quickly.

Nunca hay cajeras suficientes, siempre hay una o dos para toda la tienda, ósea de 30 a 40 minutos perdidos haciendo linea, es algo estupido

My experience at FoodMaxx is pleasant. The staff is curtious. The produce is beautifully colored, and the shelves are maintained property. However, their meat isnt always fresh. Chicken should not be yellow, and pork should not be brown. It is a gamble shopping for meat

Good prices and large parking lot in conveniently located strip mall. Customer service could be better. Large store focused on discount products. Meat dept has limited selection of prime cuts but great prices on the cheaper cuts when bought in bulk.

Prices arent bad here. If there is a sale then you can get a pretty good deal. Some of the prices are more expensive here. If I am nearby and am in need of something, Ill come here. Otherwise, Ill shop at other places with better deals.

Unfortunately staff was doing the best they could as they were overwhelmed. The lines were long and no cashiers to service. Cashiers there were doing a good job with such stress placed on them. Management more staff is needed.

Better to go around 7pm or a hour before closing time. Some register ppl have little attitudes sometime but god tell me keep it pushing baby.. other than that great place.... make sure you check the dates on all products

Great prices on the staples, bread, cheese milk, snacks and coffee. The produce is usually pretty well priced and in season. If you want eggs though, buy them from whole foods or trader/farmer Joes. Way cheaper.

Great place for cheap food. Not the best area but just dont leave your stuff in your car and you should be fine. Best buys are usually cereal and other dry/canned goods. Good place for basics and staples

Place sells groceries. I need food to survive, hence three stars. This place is always crowded, with few cashiers working. I go in like I am shopping at Costco, armed with a list. Get in and get out.

I wish I could split this star in half thats how horrible this store is. Customer service horrible. Cashiers slow and rude when asked a question. Just a horrible shopping experience overall.
