Around three months ago I would have given this place five stars, until just last week I witnessed ,some workers getting on this small lady ,they say she was shoplifting she made it all the way to to the parking lot. damn near all the workers came out and a couple surrounded this small woman and where jacking her up .but what did it for me is I guess he was the supervisor or whatever but he pulled out a big ass stun gun and tazzed the lady. Not knowing or caring if she had some kind of health issues ,what if she did that situation could have ended badly. And after that the lady didnt have any of there merchandise because they let her go, my thing is if you suspect someone stealing call the police or hire security guards, sad to say I witnessed them doing the same thing to someone else except they didnt taze this man. Its not that serious for those workers that run up on people. there going to end up getting hurt or even losing there Life its just not that serious. Really over bargain goods.

Great prices. If you are an aware shopper, you can really get many quality products at a bargain price. If you dont pay attn to dates and ingredients, dont expect to be amazed. Kind of a clearance outlet for foods. Ive purchased some great beer and wine here, Ive also bought some beer because it was a bargain and learned some lessons. With the cheap prices, I can afford the lessons. They usually always have good ice cream, and they often have local companies items. Its worth noting that they dont always have the same items, if you find something you love, grab 2 because it may not be back for awhile. Plenty of parking lot, easy bike ride since its near the trail,but no-- of course you cant park in the store. Friendly helpful staff.

The newest location for what my wife and I refer to as "the dented can store". This store is definitely not for everybody, but I like it. You never know what you might find here on any given week, but if you have an eye for a bargain, this is the place. If you need specific items on a grocery list, go somewhere else. However, with an open mind, you will find amazing deals. Giant box of Haagen Dazs ice cream bars for less than 50 cents a bar? Yes, please. The biggest gamble is the wine. I recommend buying 6 bottles and having a tasting (with friends). If anything is particularly good, go immediately back and buy a case. Next week it probably wont be there.

Great place to shop. Very helpful staff, large wine section at unbelievably low prices. Also good beer selection. Lots of excellent produce far cheaper than anywhere else. Same goes for cheese and deli meats. Even have some electronic items and electric appliances. Recently got a really nice Oster convection oven/broiler/toaster oven for $40! You never know what cool or delicious thing youll find. Milk, etc. is way cheaper than elsewhere. Have own breads for very reasonable costs. Even have clothes and large variety of vitamins and over the counter pharmacy items. Cant beat this place for value and making your paycheck stretch a long way.

If your budget constraints extend to groceries, you have to shop here. Every visit is superior on savings to a compelling degree. No other place compares to this. Items you like disappear forever & others are never found there (boc choi, 99 ranch, Lactose reduced milk> Costco, when not at GrOutlet). If your time is at a high premium, dont let or need your budget affect your shopping or must have the pristine presentation & conditions of some Safeways, the stars here fall for you. For me, it is must do!

When you go to Grocery Outlet, check out the organic, gluten-free and health foods sections, and the wine section. For me those are the "big scores" keep an eye on expiration dates, and when you find something you love that is seriously cheap, buy a case, because it wont last long. I <3 Grocery Outlet so much its like therapy.

I have been a foodservice professional for 8 of the last 10 years and i friggin love GOBM. Straus organic whole milk yogurt for $3.99 a quart?! Uh, yes please! That stuffs $5.99 or more at whole foods. Staff is friendly, and inventory always changes so youll never know what amazing deals youll find. I shop here 2-3x per week.

I love GroceOut! You cant really go there expecting to do your weekly shop but sometimes you will find a gem that just makes your week. I also like the variety in their natural and organic section. I most likely wouldnt buy those products if they werent at a cut rate price. And dont forget the awesome wine section!

Every time I go for one or two items, I end up leaving with a cart full of great quality items at affordable prices! The staff members are so friendly and helpful! Shelves are always stocked and there is great wine selection.

Always a surprise item that comes up, good quality and great prices. I literally buy food for a week here and spend less than 80 dollars with vegetables, meat ,dairy and the occasional wine bottle and ice cream ;)

DO NOT BUY WINE AT THIS STORE. I have given this place the benefit of the doubt far too many times to count. They sell wine that has gone bad -- they do it knowingly and repeatedly.
