Cool selections, willful and helpful staff [usually owner thats working there], not like most of these smoke shops where employees seem like they wish they were somewhere else besides being there helping you. I enjoyed my unplanned visit, which usually doesnt ever amount to much, and on top of it I found amazing 5x butane cans (glow) for 5$ each, and they work amazingly almost just like Newport butane. Only down side to the visit was that he was out of titanium dabbing tools, and the titanium nail selection is non existent, other than that, w

Many smoke shops in Reseda and surrounding areas... BUT NONE LIKE THIS ! The customer service here is head and shoulders above all. The sales associate is more knowledgeable than you would believe ! He is absolutely a category expert. YOU CANT STUMP HER ! Been shopping here for over a month and will continue to refer all my family and friends here. My husband had a small issue with a defective coal burner and they swapped it out for him NO QUESTIONS ASKED. These people truly care about the client/customer experience.

Visited for first time today and was really surprised, this place has everything, and I mean everything, one could want in a smoke shop, and it is spotless clean. Endless variety not seen anywhere else I have been. Very friendly staff, and they knew exactly what i was looking for and had it in stock at good price. Wow, great place. And by the way, i have been visiting the dentist next door for many years and he is excellent also. what a great addition to our community.

I came here from AZ and this place is amazing! The manager was awesome and really helped me choose the right e-cig and explained how it all worked so I left there completely satisfied and obsessed with the merchandise I purchased! Super clean!!! And super nice workers!!! Love this place! They have it all!! I went in to get vape juice and the guy working was so helpful. He told me which brands are the best, the quality differences and he helped with picking great flavors! He gave me a deal too!! Overall u havent been to a better smoke shop than this!!! Famous Smoke Shop has just what you need!!!

Were so happy we found this place. They have an incredible selection of pipes ,water pipes and other accessories. Their pipes are American-made glass and come in the entire spectrum of colors. The owner is the nicest guy! Hes so friendly and he was really helpful when we were choosing which pipe we wanted. This is going to be my go-to smoke shop from now on.

Amazing customer service. The owner spoke to me like if I was his own family. He is also willing to work on my kind of budget and was understanding with the price I had in mind. The store itself is convenient and feels generally welcoming when I first stepped in. Plus Im a fan if backwoods and he is the only smoke store that sells them ridiculously cheap.

It is great shop and the owner is nice guy... He took the time to get to know me, and work out exactly what I needed. He also worked out a great price and provided me with everything I needed from lessons to accessories for my first hookah at home. Highly recommended this place! Check it out....

Super helpful staff! And close by to my job, the place is clean and smells fresh. They are nice and patient. They explain and get you what you want. Have everything you could need for inexpensive. I really liked this place and will be back soon!! :)
