I bought a vape pen for the first time and the guy who helped me gave me a full run down of everything he knew and was very helpful in getting me set up. Unfortunately I got home and found the pen was defective. I was super bummed because he got me so stoked on the product and the juices they sold me. I went back the next day and he did everything he could to try to fix it, but there was just a defect that no one could control. Despite the fact that they really cant offer any warranty on these products and dont normally take returns, the manager was nice enough to set me up with a tank that worked. I have been a customer of theirs for two years and they really took care of me even though they were in no way obligated. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
