I go to Walgreens Pharmacy because its close to my home; however I have had many problems getting my prescriptions re-filled here. When the doctor has to be contacted, for what-ever reason, they usually just forget about me. They dont follow up with me or the doctor, so while I am trying to pick-up the prescription, well... there is no prescription to pick up. Sometime I go weeks needing a medication. I guess they are over-worked. I keep giving them a pass when the employees dont have their act together, however, today I am on-line looking for a Mom and Pop pharmacy to do business with. Wish me well. Tired of the CORPORATION "TOO BIG TO HELP ME" attitude. Many times they have refused to call the doctor, but tell me to do it or they say, "We will fax it over to them again." Meanwhile Im just out of meds.

I tried to get a new prescription filled here and the pharmacist was no help at all. The medication is hard to find in stock, so I had questions about their ability to order it. Mid-sentence the pharmacist walked away from me, appearing not to give a care in the world whether or not I could get my medicine.. The worst part about it was there wasnt even any one else in line behind me or even anyone waiting for their prescriptions to be filled. Finally a pharmacy tech was pleasant enough to help me with my questions but even she didnt seem to care about filling my prescription. I will not be returning back to this Walgreens!

For months, I have been working with local/area management to improve the service level and I give up. If you have plenty of time and phenominal patience, its a good store. Unfortunately the wait at the pharmacy or RX drive up is unconscionable. The pharmacists work VERY hard filling scrips, but the support staff is brain dead, including the RX manager. Rather than telling people with insurance problems to come back, step aside or leave until corrected, they block the line and have people with insurance and filled scrips wait. Today I fired them.

Pleasant atmosphere to shop at very convenient location but if not careful, could get too comfortable and shop out of budget and/or need (personal experience on more than lost count of occasions). Store is clean, organized, stocked with all the essentials and even plus some in spite of being a smaller chain. Pharmacy is the BEST! Always on point and are lifesavers for people that might sometime put things off until 2 minutes before scheduled to close (something Ive been working on).

Worst pharmacy experience. After wasting my whole hour, they are saying they cant give prescription without consulting dr. Her excuse is she couldnt read the prescription correct. Well I am able to read it, so sure enough she should be too

I was detained for 30 mind because the security sensor kept going off they went though my bag to accuse me of theft. They couldnt find anything on me come to find out it was my credit Card magnetic strip interfering. With the alarm sensor

The pharmacy is horrible!!!!! They keep you on hold all the time by phone!!! Secondly the pharmacist is no help!!!!this is absolutely the worst Walgreens I have ever been to!! Dont go here!
