I dont usually post reviews on the Internet, however my experience last night with The Druggist pharmacy was nothing short of amazing. Due to a set of circumstances I had no control over I explained to one of the employees who works behind the pharmacy counter, and who knows me, I had to ask for my newly called in prescription to be transferred to another pharmacy that was open later. I was ill and could not afford to wait and get the antibiotic the next day. Much to my amazement she asked where I lived and volunteered to drop the meds by my house on her way home from work!!!!!! I had to blink, had I just been transported via a time machine back to the 50s and was Dr. Welby my doctor? No, he was not my doctor and this is 2015 and sure enough the meds were delivered as promised. I have only been their customer since April 2014 and only for non-mail order meds but this neighborhood pharmacy clearly values their customers and provides service above and far beyond what we would even dream of expecting in the 21st century. So, for those of us who live near The Druggist, lets support them to ensure they are always there. Their limited hours are a small price to pay for the exceptional quality of service which, by the way, includes NO WAITING IN LONG LINES, EVER, and prescription ALWAYS ready. Thank you Miss N and thank you The Druggist for helping me in my hour of need and for my trip down memory lane.

I couldnt agree more with the posting from Patricia! I consider myself a kind person in the world who tries to be understanding of peoples indiosyncrasies and off-days. However, I went into The Druggist twice and I will NEVER step foot into that store again. Patricia in her review is correct in saying that the staff seems to have a "major attitude" problem. I was made to feel small and embarrassed when I went there for a simple answer to a question. Not only that, when I went to look at the beach product sourvenirs and gifts that are near the front door, a white-gloved woman immediately swooped upon me asking if she could help, as if I was going to break something on the shelf. Finally, there is a Post Office in this building and the person I had to encounter was so unfriendly to me and angered me so much that I stopped eye-contact with her and dropped my item in the mailbox, almost stomping out the store. Maybe this kind of customer service behavior is acceptable to people who have lived in this area for a while, maybe its cultural, I dont know. I just know its NOT ok with me and I will NEVER enter that store again.

I think this pharmacy stands above the rest. I had a prescription filled by another pharmacy closer to home but didnt realize that the prescription was compounded wrong. After taking the medication for couple of days I started to feel irregular heartbeats and heart palpitation along with constriction in my throat. I started having panic attacks and couldnt understand why. I confided in a friend and she recommend that I bring the prescription to The Druggist and speak with the pharmacist there. Turns out the doctor wrote the wrong strength and the pharmacist didnt even bother to question the dosage being 1000 times stronger than it should be. I appreciate the fact that the staff at the druggist immediately noticed and called my doctor to double check. Its service like this that I need especially when it comes to my prescription drugs.

i went twice to use the postal service, but for both times, the postal rate came out to be too high. The package i shipped only contained small lip gloss palette, but the price came out to be $6.15. The lady told me it was heavy and that was why, but never gave me the exact weight. i was gonna let it go if i was overcharged just a bit, but it didnt seem that way. so i went back and when i requested to see my package, i found out it was stamped $2.15. I dont recommend going to this post office. I think they are dishonest, deceitful people who work there.

Nice salesperson but was never told about their "no return" policy even after I informed the sales lady that I was going to get the item approved from my doctor at my upcoming appointment. The item turned out to be too big and did not fit properly (sales lady said it was fine). Never used it and store would not take it back even with the receipt. Waste of money in this hard economic time and will never go back. Lost a customer here.

The employees at the Druggist are wonderful and give great personal service. From working with doctors offices to get prescriptions renewed, to remembering my name and face. Most of the time the have my prescriptions ready for me when I get to the counter - I dont even have to give them my name. They offer real personal service that you just dont receive elsewhere. And they have a great greeting card section.

This place is the only compound pharmacy near me but was told that the compound pharmacy on El Toro Rd is better. I had been going to the one on El Toro but thought I would give this place a try. I found the pharmacy staff to have "major attitude" ; actually questioned my doctors script and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I will never refill here again.

Very friendly! Huge selection! I was there at a supposedly peak, busy time, but there were enough employees working so I didnt have to wait. One walked me to exactly what I was looking for. The small-town feel, with the vast, variety of supplies and equipment, makes it my go-to pharmacy that I highly recommend!

The people here make you feel important and view you as a person not as a walking cash symbol. I really liked the personal attention and care specifically from Theresa; she is a major asset for this place.

These pharmacists go out of their way to help. I have never had a better experience with a pharmacy and they are way nicer and more helpful than the "big boys" nearby. We will visit for all of our needs!!

The employees are always friendly and helpful. They have fun, unique items in the store so its always a treat to wander the aisles. Wonderful, small-town feel so I prefer it to the big-bag pharmacies.
