I really want to shop at Luckys because it is the closest supermarket to me. Occasionally I go in for a store trip and am reminded what I hate about this store. The people that stock the shelves are constantly placing products in the wrong spot without switching the tags so you have to really pay attention to the tags and not just look at the price but the product name on the tag. Half the time sale items ring up full price... If you point it out they have someone run to do a price check which holds up the 1 open checkstand ticking off the people behind you. This happened with 3 items today and I just hate it. Makes me look like I am being difficult but I just want the price that was advertised! The one thing they have going for them is very friendly staff, except for one lady in the deli who bit my head off for asking if the pre-sliced lunch meat was fresh cut this morning... Aparently she gets asked that all the time and told me how tired of hearing that she is...

Prices are fine. Most of the staff are nice. BUT the courtesy clerks are everything but courteous. I once said hi to one guy and he widened his eyes at me as if I was crazy. Another one, a young lady, said all the things a courtesy clerk should say and ask while bagging your groceries, but her tone of voice was rude. I understand some customers are hard to deal with, but I was nice to them. You would think theyd appreciate the nice customers. I used to work as a courtesy clerk and I never dared act like that to any customer, no matter how rude they were. luckys is a great store, but the managers at this particular one needs to tell the courtesy clerks to treat the customers better. There are other people who would love and need those jobs and wouldnt take it for granted. Dont think youre getting paid enough? Not the customers fault.

This is a good Lucky Store. Its a large store with good size isles. There is a B of A located inside the store. The parking lot can get really full during peak hours. If you have severe seafood allergies: sometimes they cook seafood inside the store for samples. (I wish they would quit that!) I recommend calling ahead to the butcher counter if you cant handle the airborne particles. (Its strong enough I left the store once queasy and light-headed after they did garlic shrimp - it permeated most of the store)

Good place to shop. Has alot of variety. Produce is always fresh which is awsome.. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about where things are located. Some things are on the expensive side compared to Walmart. But Id recommend this place if you live closer to the east Oakley. As you dont have to travel further to Antioch stores.

The store is clean, well stocked and the quality is not a problem, however, it seems that this is the busiest grocery store around, any time of day, but they have fewer open checkouts and it appears that while there are plenty of baggers available there are too few available cashiers when lines get long.

Great place to go, employees there are very nice and helpful. Fruit and vegetables are in Nice conditions nothing beat up looking or bruised . Clean and very organized. Thank you Luckys employees for keeping up on making the store nice and clean

Just love this store, only one I go to, plus I refuse to shop in Antioch, its ghetto and just hate going that direction. I live off of Oakley road.
