I have used their services to repair my diamond wedding band and was delighted with the results and the price. I had another diamond fall out of the same ring 2 months later but couldnt be certain that it was the one he replaced so he replaced it FREE of charge for me. Now thats customer service!! I purchased a diamond pendant necklace that was slightly over my budget so he discounted it to make it work for me! I cant say enough nice things about this jeweler, I would recommend them to all my family and friends!!! Thanks Andersons for making my experiences so wonderful!! Deanna

I took one antique ring and one vintage heavily damaged ring of great sentimental value to be repaired. The craftsmanship of the repairs were XLNT and Dave worked with me to get the repair on the sentimental ring just right which was not an easy task due to my emotional attachment. I received THE Best Customer Service and will have more jewelry repaired at his shop. I highly recommend this jeweler for even the most precious items because Dave WILL do it right for full customer satisfaction.

Definitely make an appointment, and you will not be disappointed. His whole family is a joy to spend time with, and they are committed to quality and service. I have dealt with this shop on two occasions. The first time they promised an anniversary ring 2 weeks before our anniversary, and delivered it 3 months after our anniversary. The next time they delivered a mothers day ring, but the stones fell out, and they have had it 6 months and have still not given it back. They keep saying next week, next week, next week for sure,.. you know the drill...

This person has had dealing with me and ripped me off , tested a gold watch on a brass dust cover (as all old swiss watches are ) and damaged the watch before it was returned to me . The person then did unmoral and spiteful thing, that no one should have done . totaly a bad person !! Very inept with watches , do not buy, or trust a repair from these people.

I have been going here since moving to Ventura County and they have done many repairs on my jewelry and watches with impeccable work, reasonable money and quickly completed. Also recently purchased a customized name plate with my childrens names that is perfect. Everyone is so friendly and I wont go anywhere else
