If you want the job done right, this is the best store within 50 miles! Its hard going to get your watch fixed or car fixed because if you dont know anything about the product, you never know if you are getting over charged or a good price.Hampshire jewelry did a cleaning and overhaul on my Tag Heuer and not only was the job done right and my watch looks better than ever but it keeps perfect time. I was welcomed with a warm heart and great customer service. I even have friends in the jewelry business who live out of state and they were amazed at the price and how honest and forthright the owner of the store is. If you go anywhere else your taking a risk, Hampshire Jewelery is the best!

A week ago, I had a problem with one of my wifes earrings. It had lost one of its screw on backings and had become stripped over the years. I took it to Hampshire Jewelry to see what could be done. Not only did they have a replacement backing that actually fit the earring, but they were able to fix the stripped backing on the earring. Then as if that wasnt enough, they cleaned the earrings so beautifully I felt like I was walking out of the store with a brand new pair. Thank you so much Hampshire Jewelry! I will definitely be back.

Took my watch and would have a estimate in 5 business days- but they didnt know the watch repair person was going on vacation after on the 5th day-They wanted me to wait another 5 days just for an estimate-Great place if you want to be jerked around !

Did a wonderful job updating the 5 heads my diamonds sit in. Now all the prongs are new and my stones are safe. They also turned my yellow gold ring into white gold. It looks brand new and amazing. I would highly recommend them!
