I had them make a teeny tiny cross for me and gave them a HUGE cross with HUGE diamonds in it as collateral, and they kept it without giving me a single cent. I was taken. I was sick and didnt bother to protest, and its my fault. If I had my strength, I would have spoken up, but I was to weak at the time then, as I was barely able to walk, and they could see that and took advantage of me in my distress. The cross they took was worth about $10,000. The cross I have now is worth about $50.

I always wondering why my family has been the gold stores customer for so many years I went there to buy some jewelry I was so shocked with their Service they were so good to me their price is wonderful too and i find out they buy broken jewelry as well, I have sold some of my unwanted jewelry for $2500 which has been appraised for $1500 other placess Ask for Andrea young sales lady she is a very nice and helpful

This place is very dishonest...dont try to sell any of your gold here!! I tried to buy back something I sold that very same day but they lied and said that they already sent it out for melting. I found out from another store that by law they are supposed to keep gold that they buy from consumers for 30 days (in case its stolen). Very upset about this place lying to me...dont go here!

I just got a terrific deal on a gift for my 25th wedding anniversary. Ive been a repeat customer for many years because of the sores quality merchandise, bargains and people. I did ask about the negative comments on this site and received a completely professional response. We all know that there are some loose cannons around.

dont even let them look at ur jewelry, to est. a repair, or to sell it to them (NOT FOR ANYREASON LET THEM TOUCH UR STUFF) they take it in back and switch diamonds out or gold, and then tell u what u have is fake. they suck!

Terrible! They were rude and said my promise ring was worth nothing but it was a brand new in box from zales?! They barely even looked at it.
