We were in Monterey bay for the Thanksgiving weekend of 2013. After a long walk to explore around the city, we need some caffeine to boost up our stamina. Everything is close except this Starbucks. Our drinks was made perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpfull when I asked for some nutmeg topping. The leather couch was comfortable place to sit and rest for a while.

This Starbucks is always so slow, you can almost never get out of there in 5 minutes in the morning. There is never enough staff and you can see the frustration on the faces of the associates that are working. They are all very nice and helpful, however not having enough associates makes it a painful situation to even visit this location.

No idea what is up with these people. Slowest service I have ever seen! The bad thing is, seems they dont even care. While messing up orders, they ignore everyone and everything some poor guy was trying to get a better lid because it was bent and he had to wait until the girl actually looked up to acknowledge anyone.

Great staff! Stopped by there tonight. They were so kind to make us brand new lattes that we just received from another location that were not made well at all. We are traveling CA and it was a huge help. They did not hesitate! And this location was clean and well taken care of. Thank you for the superb service!

Laid back atmosphere for a quick coffee while shopping at the DMC. There is occasionally a wait at peak shipping hours and the staff can be a little slow. But Ive never been sodas pointed with the final product. If youre concerned about time get the app and order ahead.

Didnt have the right ingredients for our drinks, so they just made them with different syrups and hoped we wouldnt notice. Then when I pointed it out, they also made our replacement drinks wrong.

The girls there are awesome..I dont get to come to there star bucks every often because I live a little north. Every time I come every one says HI and says nice things with a smile. GREAT JOB

Place is kinda messy, run down, and dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. Always a long line, and hard to find a place to sit. Staff wasnt very helpful or friendly. But my coffee came out correct.
