Poor service. Iv been coming here for their breakfast croissant sandwitches almost every morning at 5:30am before work. Mainly because they actually cook the bread in the toaster oven with the egg cheese and ham, its delicious the way its made, I guess thats why its like $4. Last week I came here and the guy that makes the doughnuts told me I have to wait for the lady to come in to work to make me the sandwitch, even though hes making doughnuts and serving other customers their coffee and pastries. So I waited, she came in, toasted my ham w/egg croissant in the oven and all was good she was very nice. Then this morning I came in, same time, the same guy told me I have to wait for the lady. Fine so i waited, 5:45 came around and shes not here so he decides to start making me the sandwitch (why he didnt just do it when I got there I have no idea?? There were no customers waiting)so he puts everything in the microwave and then hands it to me. I asked him why he didnt toast it in the oven because the egg ham and croissant need to be cooked, he says "Here its same thing" I looked at him pretty upset and said no its not I dont want to pay $4 for a half cooked sandwitch ... Then he said "ok then you wait for lady" If the guy wasnt too ignorant to understand proper customer service then maybe they wouldnt have lost a customer who goes there almost every morning of the week And spends money on a $4 sandwitch and a $3.50 cup of Beat juice that they make me at least 4 days a week.. Guess I have to find a new place.. Dont understand how people are rating this filthy disgusting place more than 2 stars.. Smh i just left from here with a coffee and a donut and first of all the place is nasty, mess everywhere dirty tables, chairs, and floor. Second of all, the lady that attended me and my co-worker had a very bad attitude and we had to order our coffee twice because she was too lazy to serve our coffee the first time and the lids for the cups had a really bad smell. Now i have to deal with an upset stomach because the coffee was discusting. I suggest management makes a change and gets rid of that worker and cleans up the place before they get shut down.

Where do I begin? I met Christian and his Mom this morning, very nice, polite and honest people. I had the turkey torta sandwich...mmmmm the best. I also had 2 donuts that were delicious! Everything is very fresh and handmade nothing frozen. I will be going back for the shredded chicken torta soon! This place definitely lives up to its name! 5 * stars easily!
