Terrible storm door experience. Ordered door Feburary 22. Came out to measure a week later and when door showed up it was wrong size. Needed to be custom ordered which took another 3 months. Home Depot blamed it on construction company but I think Home Depot just ordered the wrong size. At one point they had 3 doors on my order, I told them I only needed 1. Well all three were different sizes and the lady just guessed. After 3+ months, Nobody called with an update and I had to initiate all follow ups. When the door finally came in it took forever to have someone come install it. Then the install company did a terrible job. The door had to be built out from the frame so the install guy said no latch would work and left it. The door would sway back and forth unless you dead bolt it. Then the bottom arm broke where it connects to the frame because he only put one screw in instead of 3 that are supposed to be there. I had to call corporate Home Depot customer service to get anywhere. I ended up calling Anderson door myself and having the parts sent to me so I could finish install. I got a bracket and it closes fine, like a door should. Not to mention the frame is missing screws and bent up at the top. The Home Depot store is terrible for customer service and follow through. I called to speak to Travis who I was told was the manager and was told he was too busy to talk to me because he was in a meeting. I left him a message and never recieved a call back. A separate time I called and left a voicemail for a lady I never recieved a call back. Then when I called again I was told I never left a voicemail. All in all it took almost 6 months to get the door installed and I had to finish the installation. Corporate Home Depot customer service Devon Daniels is the only reason anything got ordered or accomplished. So thank you to her. I can not stress enough how terrible this experience was and how I will never go back.

I needed carpet installed in two rooms in my house. They had advertised a 72 hour install which I thought was great considering I was listing the house in 5 days. After they charged 50 dollars for an estimate they said that the offer was no longer valid. Now it was 7 to 10 business days for an install. Called install carpet customer service based in Georgia. The rep was was rude and short with me. They finally transfered me back to the lodi store which said they would refund my money after I argued with her about false advertising. In addition, the name of the carpet I wanted installed ...."72 HR F&I NOBLE ELITE"....

amazing gawd forbid they have a happy customer. bought a new micro wave and had it installed. they showed up and in 5 min said they cant get the old one out and left. l guess we will just put a potted plant in it and by a counter micro wave. nothing like big chain business. oh a guess what lowest is no better they just never showed up. can some one re heat my left overs...

Waste of time took too long to get the other pot off the high shelve and one lady who works there called to help us and no one came and help and she should have help us but no she just sat there Being lazy and not doing anything then 10 mins a guy named Caleb helped us and did a Awsome job . after he helped us and ask if there was anything else we needed .she didnt

Me and my dad have been going multiple times to rent a trencher under my license but with his card and no one has said anything. Until today some guy named said we cant do that anymore and not allowed at all. Waste of our time and patience with this dude. Need to remove him cause he clearly saw our information on the computer but still decline us.

Terrible service, i request loading help every time when I purchase big items, and the loading team, never comes!!! They pass and said" Ill be back" hahahaha you have to do by you self.

Poor service in store and even worse telephone service. I cant imagine how they justify being open to the public even giving the storage a 1 star rating is too generous.

Nobody answers calls, the staff is lazy, tool rental never calls back and has had my tool for over a month now. No execution of the big 3 or FIRST. Lousy management
