I will never go to this Walmart again!! Yesterday we were next in line, with 2 girls in front of us. The items they were trying to buy were not on the list of "approved" items on their pamphlet. The cashier could not find the items either. She called a "manager" who also said the OJ they were trying to buy was not on their list. She went to find the correct item, was gone for 5 minutes and came back with the wrong kind again. The cashier and "manager" stood and looked at the pamphlet again. the "manager" left again to try to find the item. We stood in line behind this going on for way to long. People behind us were moving to other lines. We had all our food out of our cart and on the counter or we would have moved also. After waiting all that time and still the girls ahead of us trying to figure out what they were doing, the "manager" (with black lipstick on) came back and opened up the register beside us and took the person waiting behind us. No apology , no acknowledgment that we had waited so long for girls ahead of us. I told her I was going to make a complaint, and here it is. Poor management, poor customer service. I know I was not alone with the frustration of having to wait so long and not being helped at another register. For myself, I will never return to that store again. Many people I know have had poor customer service at this store as well and will not return, now I will join them!!

What can I say, its WalMart. Management is a joke. I dunno where or if they even train them. Seems as like they lack common sense. Have witnessed them partaking in what I would call very inappropriate conversations with other employees (would actually fall under sexual harassment where I work). Regular employees doing the grunt work are more opt to help customers with concerns or a problem. Makes me appreciate paying more for my groceries down the street. Absolutely dreaded having to go into this place in a few instances that I did not have a choice for what ever reason. Just glad that there are always other places to shop. No amount of so called savings is worth shopping here or at any other location as they are all pretty much the same.

I shop here more often than I would choose, but it is close & is cheaper than the other grocery stores in Lincoln. The parking lot is always full, sometimes have to go round & round just to find a spot. Have started using the self-service line because there are nevdr more than two checkers open. They definately need to fix their customer service attitude. I asked if they could please place a dispenser over the chicken since I couldnt fit a large package of chicken in the small ones.Well, the manager up front had the gall to argue with me...she said that the larger bags were down the counter (approx. 25 ft down) over the beef section. I guess putting a dispenser over the chicken would be too much trouble!

Its Wal-Mart. Mostly it is cheap stuff and ghetto across the board. People drinking tall cans out front, teenage delinquents stealing and acting the fool. The employees arent allowed to do anything apparently so it is a free for all come night fall. They STILL have trouble keeping milk in stock. Dont know why. A lot of the employees have a look of frustration, embarrassment, and resentment most likely bc they are forced to deal with all the madness for super low wages. ...it is Wal-Mart, thats for sure...

This place has low prices but Im pretty sure the reason is because they dont have to pay any staff. There are never any cashiers and the shelves are half empty most of the time. I was there once and there wasnt one single register open, all of the self checkouts were blinking red, no one could pay and not an employee in sight, I just left. Pretty sure Ive seen a couple of drug deals going down in the parking lot.

Its a grocery walmart - smaller store obviously. Nothing special. Couple downsides for sure... Why is it always so cold in the store! Even the employees are in sweatshirts 24/7. Be prepared to watch people use self checkout, only to not know how to figure it out and hold up everyone else. Or self checking 300 items.

This location does have the basics. However, this is not a full size Wal-Mart and does not carry clothing. Mostly food and health items. This location is small and in an older building but still very clean and active. I have not had an issue here. I do prefer the extra 15 minutes to Rosevilles Wal-Mart over this location.

Recent updates has made the store lean to self checking. Which is better than the three cashiers they only have open at any given time. Produce is weak, and store in general has limited selections. But its cheap, so I continue to grab groceries when I dont want to go to Safeway or Raleys.

Its a pretty crappy ass walmart hardly any items there the staff are nice tho when you wanna apply for a job vlad was a dick wouldnt give me the job saud it looked like i didnt want the job said i came looking shaggy wen i was clean shaven and dressed hella nice and showed up early

Its probably the nicest and closest Wal Mart Ive ever seen! The parking lot is not very big but the way that it doesnt look like a traditional Wal Mart makes the shopping experience very pleasant. Makes me think I am not shopping corporate America , I mean China.

Almost always busy, and not enough employees. You can never find an associate to help you find something or ask a question. Other than that, its a good place to shop for the lowest prices in the area on almost all items.

Selection is overall very good. The checkout lines have had a 10-15 minute wait recently. The self checkout lines are usually very fast. We try to only buy a few items so we arent wasting too much time waiting to pay.

They do not have the things I need an example is fresh or canned fruits huallava, dandelion is very similar to kellf and sereales bulk etc no one to help you when things are not to alcanse

I would say an above average neighborhood market. Its often crowded and can take awhile to checkout even with self checkout, but overall its decently sized with everything you would need. Plus a redbox!

It is hit and miss with products. You buy something forever then without notice they quit carrying it. Now they are putting in new registers and the store is a mess. Dont know if I will be going back

Friendly people, good hours, good pharmacy, good selection of food and other products but sometimes not in stock, good prices!!, parking is kind of hard, but worth it. Overall, best market in town.
