My husband and I found this shop when looking for Electric Bikes, and spent an hour with the staff (Paul) talking options, benefits, and considerations for purchasing an E-Bike. Without fail, all staff members were helpful, well informed, and mission-driven. They provided helmets and allowed us to test drive three different bikes on flat terrain and a 20% grade. The ratio of effort to outcome was remarkable, and we shot up hills like super-humans. We intend to purchase bikes from this shop, and highly recommend the shop and their options for E-Bikes.

This all-electric bike store is top notch. Salespeople were sincerely interested, friendly and knowledgable, even willing to escort prospective buyers on comprehensive test drives (ours included 3 different e-bikes, hills and flats). They offer mid to upper-level pricing, maintenance packages and discounts, accessories, saddle options and high quality bikes. This place does the job of introducing us to the new era of electric biking without any commercial hype and bling. Hope theyre around for a long time.
