I called this Michaels to verify ahead of time that they had the item I was looking for, and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. She verified the item was in the store, and let me know I could use the online coupon to make my purchase. My only minor gripe was that she quoted me the wrong price -- which wasnt a problem because it was actually on sale, cheaper! :) When I went in, they still had the item in stock and seemed to be pretty well stocked with all items in comparison to other Michaels stores Ive visited. All in all, I was a pretty happy customer.

This is my favorite Michaels. The customer service is great. The employees here, are always willing to help. I get great advice for projects from the employees and fellow customers. The projects they offer for children are fantastic!!!!! They make the seasons and holidays FUN!!!!! The instructors are awesome. They also have great patience!

I love the store but it can be hard to find anything or anyone to help the women seemed more interested in stocking and talking to a male employee than helping me find kneaded erasers

I stood in line longer then I actually shopped for and then when i finally did get to check out, the clerk was kind of ride and not very informed on the products.
