Although this location is small they have a good choice of outer wear. I was looking all over the place for the right priced sportswear and couldnt find anything anywhere. I tried Walmart and Target and everything was buy online only. It sucks because you come across those times when you "need it now" and youre scrambling everywhere. This was one of those times for me, and good ol Big 5 came through. The hunting department also might benefit you, if you are looking for well-known brand-names, at best possible prices. The Personnel is generally well trained, and courteous, offering various solutions for your needs. All in all, I personally had a great shopping experience.

Came in for the first time to buy some shoes. I was told they would get someone to shoes to help me. I waited in shoes for 5 minutes, watched 2 employees chat at the register and a few others mill around the store. No one came to get the sizes I needed. I was the only customer in the store! Even after the intercom page was announced, no one came to assist. I was walking out of the store when someone finally asked if I needed help finding anything. I replied "I tried and no one came, no thanks." I will not be back to this location.

Went to buy some fishing weights last Friday. Waited in line for 25 mins. People ahead of us were getting help from the only person who seemed to actually want to help customers find an item at another location. Had 3 other employees tell me that they couldnt ring me up. Finally had to ask for a manager. Pretty crappy customer service. The only this that this place has going for it is that its close. Frankly I will be going elsewhere

Awesome customer service. Evin went above and beyond my expectations. He provided superior customer service. I live in Moreno Valley and will make Jurupa Big 5 my go to store. My own home town & Perris stores are substandard from cashiers to management. KUDOS TO JURUPA BIG 5

Helpful staff, and they are quick you ask them hey where is such and such and with in 2 seconds they have you standing right in front of the item you want lol
