Was in a position where I had to change all the locks in my house. Had a case where I wanted to purchase a deadbolt and re-key an existing one I already had to the one I would purchase. Ace, though very helpful, didnt have a large selection of deadbolts and didnt have someone there on a Sunday to do a re-key, which they would have charged me. Lowes did have someone, and of course a large selection, but they wouldnt re-key my old lock to the new lock that I purchase from them for liability reasons. So I remembered this new OSH by my house in the Oak Creek Center. Good selection of locks, and certainly no shortage of helpful staff. Andrew and Doug immediately dialed me in with a deadbolt, synced the keys between my new lock and old, and had me out the door within a few minutes with zero hassle. They even walked me through an issue over the phone while I was trying to install the lock. Good customer service is a cornerstone of any successful business, but this place and these guys really have the right combination of selection and team work which sets OSH apart from the others.

Very well stocked with great selections of everything from standard hardware selections to home decor and nursery plants. This was a surprising find for us late one night when I only needed a paint scraper. I ended up wondering around for almost an hour looking at lighting, yard decor, plumbing, and house plants. I ended up buying the scraper along with some more unusual and very healthy varieties of tillandsia. I brought my wife by a few days later and she bought some very cool looking travel trunks to use as both decor and storage in the house. We will definitely be back!

They were very helpful. I had bought a relatively expensive item on Monday and on Saturday it was 50 pet cent off. I went in with my receipt and they credited me the differance with no hassle. They have always been more than helpful when it came to me needing help in finding something. I think their priced are reasonable prefer them over Home Depot.

I was in search of electrical conduit to use as poles to hang a string lights in my back yard. The sales person was extremely rude to me as I explained to him what I was looking for. I will never shop at an OSH after my experience with this person.

Wanted to get copies of keys (for an old VW). They didnt carry the blanks. So... I ordered some on Amazon and came back. They refused to cut them for me. They werent rude, but Im disappointed in the service.
