Trustworthy, welcoming, honest, real artists/professionals and CLEAN. All things youd love to hear about a tattoo shop and all things you will find here at Rich Custom Tattoo. I am very selective about art and work... Ive waited and searched for 5 years to find the perfect artist to do another piece on me and I am so honored and fortunate to have come across Rich Custom Tattoo and met Rich. I was very uneasy at first (not because of the vibe or place but because I am extremely selective and become anxious) I was honestly kind of bracing myself for disappointment in not having an artist to understand the image and symbolism I was trying to convey with this tattoo;Rich nailed it. Rich was very patient, understanding and listened while also giving his insight and completely honest opinion. I am not only IN LOVE WITH MY TATTOO but I have found the artist Ive searched various shops and cities for, (literally from San Diego to Sacramento) not even knowing it would be located in one of the many crannies of Glendale, CA :) Thanks Rich! Ill definitely be coming back, I am so grateful for your skill and genuineness.

So I dropped in around the fourth of July to ask the top questions, Style, price, availability, how long will it take.. all the answers Rich gave me were straight..I rolled back through hours later..Rich and I had the place to our selfs playing some Hip Hop.. taking breaks when needed getting to know one another..the message I will leave you with is Rich work with me detail by detail.. collaborated together to give me ideas I wouldnt have thought of. Awesome Tattoo shop!!! Totally dug the mellow vibe they got going on. The Body Piercer Claudia very cool lady couldnt have asked for a more gentle hand and calm spirit. She made me feel super chill:) Most importantly I didnt feel a thing when she re-pierced my Monroe. 10 thumbs up!!! Got mad love for Claudia and the crew @ Rich Custom Tattoo would reccomend them too anyone getting in touch with there modern primative side:) much love and respect

Rich is a really sweet guy but he messed up my tattoo. It was meant to be a thin outlined tat instead I got a thick black messy blob. My friend was meant to get a nice tat on her leg and he could only do half and totally messed her up badly! Her leg got infected by the out of date numbing spray he gave her. If I were you stick to simple small tattoos dont ask for anything with detail cuz it wont come out nice. Good luck

Doug is AMAZING! Ive gotten 2 dermal implants and a septum piercing by him. The septum has not hurt since the moment he put it in! Im amazed! So many people experience pain for months from improper placement. Also, my implants are perfect too. He is detailed and funny. I was relaxed. Ill definetely recommend him to friends. Thank you Doug! Known Rich for years and had a couple tattoos that werent good at all and he took the time to go through my whole arm and straighten and darken everything that was wrong with it now Im really happy with the outcome and would recommend my friend rich to everyone

Got a Van Halen 2 tattoo done on me today by Brad and I must say I absolutely loved everything about Richs shop. We just jamned out to Van Halen while i was being tatted and that rocked. Big thumbs up and I cant wait to come in for more tattoos.

I went in last night and got my nose pierced and the owner did a great job! He did it so quick and easy. I did not feel a thing and he as long hooked it up! Highly recommend if getting a piercing!
