If you are a man, you have probably been drug here by your wife or girlfriend at some point in your life. I hate this store. It is a like a war zone in there. Clothes everywhere. Ugh.... But, my wife and daughter seem to like it. They feel like they get good deals so that is why it gets 3 instead of 1 star from me. As long as I dont have to go.

Most of the Ross Ive been to is okay, not the best and organized stores out there. There are a lot of clothing to choose from, especially for females. It can be difficult at times to go through all the stuff when its just everywhere and somewhat unorganized.

Worst thing about this store are the lines. They get crazy long and they dont seem to care. Most stores are like that now. Customer service sucks at most stores unfortunately . But I do love the prices here.

I love the prices, however, the store is a bit messy. Cashiers are not really friendly. I think I will go pay for courtesy and friendliness elsewhere. Walking out of a store feeling good? --- priceless!
