Kmart has the worst employees. they are rude. they are unprofessional. they dress like crap. the store looks like crap. and who can blame them?> i just went through a hiring process and they gave me the job without me opening my mouth through the interview, they had me start working before my background check nor drug screen came through. and they had me verify my mailing address for my paycheck, and it was all correct, but then they still made a mistake while typing the info back to HR, so its been almost three weeks and i havent even seen a paycheck. so i just decided not to show up for work, and nobody ever even called me to see what was up. Kmart is so unprofessional. and yet they wonder why everyone prefers to go to target.

Not enough cashiers most of the time and system needs to be updated they hand you a ton of receipts that you dont use and its always hard to get someone to assist you especially in the fitting rooms most of them are packed with stuff (especially the handicap) so no one can use them usually u have to go yourself and find one... All in all unless u know what u want and want to wait a bit to get helped by a caahier i recommend going somewhere else

Rude immature staff. I lost my keys at almost closing time. I live an hour away and was stranded the customer service is really give a crap they want me back in the store to look for my keys and didnt want to take the time to look for them themselves then after closing I heard them all standing outside cursing and saying the F word and joking around with each other just very unprofessional I was not impressed

worst cutomer service I have ever experience. the manager juan medina did not act profesional at all, ihad a question about a return and he did not acknowledge me at all, the employees ate extremely rude to spanish speaking only customers and the managers let that happen because they do the same. Thank goodness for TARGET down the street.

Good deals for the most part. Employees seem unprofessional and slow. Service is slow, and sometimes employees disappear from their registers all together, the dont seem to comprehend basic transaction cues and etiquette. Can be extremely frustrating at times. Though, a few of the employees are efficient and attentive. :)

Restrooms are always filthy, theres never any toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, and or wax seat covers!!! Sales staff rarely help you find what you need, and check out lines are usually long due to only a few registers being open at a time. Overall, I avoid this store and shop at Target instead!

They had a really good big and tall section and very fair prices I was able to buy a nice city which I wear all the time even though some of their stuff or a little socially awkward they were really cool and very helpful

Love going there. Restrooms are probably the cleanest there. The workers there are always nice and they always have multiple lines open. Thought its always busy, sometimes you find extremely great prices.

Place feels so run down. I dont think they have changed anything since my mother took me here 30 years ago to buys shoes. Good deals, so long as you can ignore the boulder tweakers.

Ive shopped Freedom Kmart for years. I find that staff is thoughtful and helpful. They go out of their way to help, even in busy times. prices are great. Ill continue shopping there.
