Went to pick up my layaway that was due to pick up on 12/15. The jerks put my entire layaway back on the floor because I didnt come in by 11am to pick it up. I went right after work at 5:20 pm on 12/15.Also it took over an hour for them to return my $$. The store manager could care less, she kept bitching about her lunch getting cold. Thank-you Burlington for most horrible customer service-EVER!!

If you are a man, you have probably been drug here by your wife or girlfriend at some point in your life. I hate this store. It is a like a war zone in there. Clothes everywhere. Ugh.... But, my wife and daughter seem to like it. They feel like they get good deals so that is why it gets 3 instead of 1 star from me. As long as I dont have to go.

My first pick is usually Burlington because of the wonderful variety of clothing and accessories for body, kitchen, bath and unique home decor. The stores are not known for the merchandizing being all that organized. I found this store more so. If you make time to search and shop within you will not leave disappointed.

Tour Guide

This is the Burlington to visit if you really have time to browse the clothing - its a big mish-mash of odds and ends, but sometimes you find some good stuff for a really good price. Also usually good for earrings, but its one of the least attractive, and most messy Burlingtons Ive been to.
