I wish there was zero stars to give them as a review because my experience there was horrible. Let me explain. It was a busy day at Vans of the wall especially at the shoe section. My parents took me for back to school shopping. I wanted some new shoes. I go and try to look at some. I already had some in mind so I find them and ask for my size a 5.5. The guy has a note pad ask for my size and my name I give him the information. He goes back gets the shoes didnt take very long. I try them on they dont fit I didnt understand that was my size so I ask for a size bigger 6 he goes back and again didnt take very long I try them on didnt fit I was shocked but since it didnt fit I asked for a size bigger 7 the guy goes back. I go to my parents and they say did you get anything I say no I am still waiting for my shoes. They guy comes gives them to me the shoe looked huge I try it on and it was big my parents ask if I got 5.5 since that is the size of my shoe that I was wearing I say yes so they look at the box and they tell my that I was getting womens size. My mom tells the guy that they gave me womans size and to give my 5.5 in mens he goes back and gets it in men. It dont fit so I ask the guy for a 6 he comes back and tells me I cant help you anymore so these have to fit he gives me one shoe I try it on and it fits. I ask a different person who works there that the guy only gave me one shoe he goes and looks for it he tells me that he cant find It. So at this point Im angry I spent almost all my time at that store and nothing. My parents take me to a new store called MAINLAND Ive been there so I new where the shoes where I go to back of the store and ask for the vans that I wanted in size 6 they give it to me I tell them thats all I want I go and pay for it. It wasnt even 5 mins I tell them thank you. All in all THANK YOU MAINLAND!!!

I walked into VANS and was not greeted nor helped for about 15 minutes. It was a Wednesday night, so it wasnt busy. I asked for a specific pair of shoes, which they did not have (understandable) so I asked them to bring similar ones. Th girl came out with a pair that were neon pink. (I asked for black!) I told her I was not interested and she ROLLED HER EYES! She left and that was the last time I saw her. There was not another employee on the floor so I left. Management is terrible (I called and spoke to a manager, who sounded bored) and I will not be back.

when my mom went to the Vans store. for Christmas, my mom got me a pair of black Vans. when i opened the vans on christmas morning, to my surprise they were a size 5! my mother had asked the employee for a size 6! outraged my mom called the Vans store. they put her on hold because she asked them what time they open and they didnt know! :) hehe
