Walked the store looking for jeans, tried stuff on twice. Asked the girl if I could try on jeans she was getting ready to put out, told her my sizes. Walked around killing time after she said she had to sensor them, walked around again waiting in her so I finally ask if I could try them on. She said no,she hadnt got to sensoring them yet so I asked if she could just sensor them so I could go try them plus the shirt I found. She said no because she needed to keep them in order... she lost an additional $40 to the $40 I was already buying just because she couldnt sensor and size ?! Thats poor customer service. Of course her and the other associate could care less of course. Come here if you wanna be watched like a hawk- they cared more about not being stolen from then actually helping customer and making a sale.

Well some people might think their clothes is cute and good price, but it really isnt very poor on customer satisfaction, and customer value. The same exact clothes in DTLA way less expensive
