I cant believe this is the worst place/policy ever... wont even do price quotes over the phone, who wants to drive all the way there and find out that its just a little less expensive or sometimes the same as FCC bookstore. Just for that...you stink...

Some books have good prices but yet their policy is horrible I live far away across town and they say can not give prices on phone . Like who wants to drive all the way over there for a book that is used any way.
