Yikes. Can I give this place less than one star? After trying to call for the last two days and getting nothing but the answering machine I drove down to the bookstore. I walked in to find s single customer in line being ignored by the three available cashiers who were chatting away. There were also two cashiers open at the customer service desk who were watching the the other three talk and ignore this guy in line. It wasnt until I got in line and my baby started fussing that they actually looked to even see that there was a line! Only one cashier returned to her station to help the guy in the front of the line. After about 5 minutes, another cashier opened and called me up. I asked her my question and then verified the phone number and hours of the bookstore. Then I told her that Id been trying to call, but no one was answering. "Sorry, I guess we were busy." SO RUDE! She was extremely rude! And I had been trying to call that morning, when they were clearly not busy, 5 employees, just sitting around, and they were too swamped to answer the phone?! Avoid this place at all costs!

Some of the friendliest staff Ive encountered in a while. Has that neighborhood bookshop feel that you dont find many places now. They wrapped my purchase as it was a present, and we even discussed the author and the sales associate put in a request to order other titles by the same author. What a gem in the neighborhood.
