You can find things that cant be found in the Reno area anywhere else. Very interesting books, from a great art section, to an extensive science area. They can also special order hard to find and out of print titles. It also smells great in the store. Very pleasant experience.

After answering the phone and setting it on the counter, I waited 10 minutes before finally giving up. I could hear chatting in the room but apparently no one wanted to chat with the customer on the phone.
