Only reason I would make a bad report is because I had a personal emergency around 10:00 AM and asked an employee if I can use the only restroom not occupied Womans Restroom). He said He needed to ask his Manager which I can understand, weird to have a male in the wrong restroom. Heres where it goes wrong, they were within ear shot down the hallway and I heard the Managers Make jokes at my personal emergency and told him to tell me to run over to the Dollar Tree for my needs. With this I waited for the bathroom to free up while suffering under theyre laughter at my expense. With that my business was done and I didnt feel like buying anything there today. Instead I went to FoodMax for all my shopping needs. Thanks Grocery Outlet for being a Huge!!! Disappointment. Now I know how you really feel about your customers.

When if first opened it was wonderful. Last year it changed management. Although the store is organized better the store has gone down in regard to customer service or customer interests. It was a much happier place to go in the beginning. I still shop there but check expiration dates on everything. I no longer buy yogurt or coffee creamer there. Also the bread is often moldy. Just check everything that is perishible.

This store sells moldy things that the date is still good but the rolls were gross save your receipt.They do not take things back here even when they sell you defective products. We had bad lunch meat and cheese they did an exchange but because I did not want more of their bad food I had to shop for things to the penny or over. Hayward Grocery Outlet takes things back.

This is one of the closest grocery stores to our house. Do not let "outlet" fool you. They have a good selection and many surprises for those willing to go in regularly. WARNING: Definitely look at the expiration dates on perishable items. They will often have things that are past expiration and one does not want to get stuck with that.

Bidur Khatri

Three times expensive than other stores. Cilantro everywhere is 39c/bundle maximum but can get 4 bundles/dollar but 79c here. Other items I bought plum 2/dollar, mushroom 1.99 each are just double than other stores. Still they say I have saved. What a joke !

Cheap but sporadic. Doesnt always have everything you need, and the lines can be long. That said, veggies are good quality and prices are cheap. Lots of quantities are HUGE, so if you have ten kids this place will be perfect for you. If not, not.

Great prices. Decent grocery selection. Large wine selection at terrific prices, although best deals sell out quickly. Every visit brings new surprises that entertain and tease consumers same as Costco!

Everyone should try this amazing chain of stores. Make sure with the list price they state, which may not be the genuine market price. But some of the offers and deals are incomparable to other stores
