Out dated & security officers profile individuals and treat them with bias respect determined by their personal opinions. For example; I was lending a hand to some of the homeless people in the area(by giving them some clothes, blankets & food etc.), Meanwhile security came swooping in like we robbed a bank, demanding "EVERY ONE OF US ARE TRESPASSING & MUST LEAVE THE PREMISES. THAT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED, OFFICERS ARE IN ROUTE & IF ANYONES STILL ON THE PROPERTY, THEY WILL HAVE THEM ARRESTED. WE HAD NO RIGHT TO BE THERE!" So in response to that, I made a formal complaint with the supervisors & they never followed up with me. I also left a message with Kimco(The propertys owners) who returned my call saying they looked into the incident, yet unfortunately they were unable to locate any documentation from the propertys security department of any suchlike incident!

My father owned La Femme Beauty Salon from 1962 to 1994 at the Hub, so I grew up there. And even though there has been several major remodels over the years, Im afraid the Hubs better days are behind it. Unless they pretty much tear the whole place down and start from scratch. They should use Santana Row in San Jose as a model and rebuild the Hub with several stories of residences above it. If they do that they could also add streets to the middle of it to give it more of a downtown feel to connect with the development on Capitol Street.

If you need clothes - You have Ross, Marshalls, Target. If you need video games or anything randomly electronic - You have Game Stop and RadioShack. If you are hungry - You have Elephant Bar, Chilis, Taco Bell, MOD Pizza, TaTa Teahouse. This shopping center is seriously youre one stop for all shopping needs.

Standard strip mall with grocery stores, chain shops, assorted restaurants (both independent and local chain), coffee shop and local chain used book store. Theres a few interesting individual places, but as a whole, it is a fairly straightforward mix of big box and blocky structures with suburban parking. Highly serviceable for both the local community and individuals like myself just passing through on the way to BART.

This center is really starting to look run down. Losing lots of shops and not keeping up the ones that remain. Some highlights, the new Daiso is great, there is a good sized Lane Bryant, and a decent Safeway and Trader Joes. The downside, one of the worst Targets in the area, the center needs some basic upkeep. This center is not for a casual stroll and shop, its a get what you need and leave kind of center.

All the drinks were good. Customer service was a bit slow but its okay they are just starting. Lemon Grean Tea is amazing. Pineapple slushie was great. Honey Dew milk tea wasnt as great as it is at places like ShareTea and MonTea but it was okay. I reccommend this place to people who live near the Hub and dont want to travel to Newark for their Bubble Tea.

The Fremont Hub is a regional outdoor shopping center in Fremont, California, United States, in the San Francisco Bay Area. It is located on Mowry Avenue in the citys Central District. The shopping center is anchored by Target, and it also includes major retailers such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Cost Plus World Market, Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, and Trader Joes.

The change this place over the years, it doesnt really make a difference what they do because it all seems the same overtime. I dont really go inside the Hub very often, mostly just stick to the outskirts and do whatever business I need and then leave. Still its a nice place to go when you have things to do but I dont normally have much to do inside of it.

Ive been going here since middle school. This has been a dying hub, hopefully with the development going across the street for downtown Fremont would revitalize the area. Hopefully they would bring in an attractive store to bring more footprints. I really only go here for Target and the Safeway. Lots of shops have opened and died here.

The area is a mixed bag. Some of it is trending towards blighted, while others are clean with high service levels. Basically the area is functional and the concentration of commercial space makes shopping easier. Its the city, so expect to see homelessness or someone wanting to spend the day inside the Taco Bell while drinking water.

Parking is difficult at best. Too few sections for disabled parking. The thoroughfare areas are odly shaped, and some are poorly marked dead ends. Few signs indicating which shops are where so be prepared to walk around a lot to find the store you want to visit. Little parking lot security has led to vehicle break-ins.

This place is great specially when the sun is still up. So much stores and such a big area, walking around is pretty fun. At night this place seems too dead and inactive. Sure there are bars and other places that are still open but most of them are closed and in some areas there are homeless people around.

Center changed a lot since I was young. Way more stores, I mean I guess there is, but not in the middle, for some reason just surrounding the center of the Center. They do have a lot of stores that are current and seem to bring in a lot of foot traffic. Lots of different variety of eateries too.

Trader Joes, Target, Safeway, Michaels, PetSmart, bed bath and beyond are all located there. The Hub also has Chillis and Elephant Bar. This Target is nice and clean. Cheap books is also there. Parking is really good. Sometimes its busy, but you can always find parking.

This place has been here a long time. Its seen its ups and downs but they have some good anchors that address keeping most of the inner stores there. Big disappointment was losing the elephant bar, one of my favorites. I usually end up at the hub 2 or 3 times a month.

Not a great mall in terms of efficient shopping (its kinda spread out, requiring driving to need store if you acquire heavy items), food selection, etc., But it does include a Target, CVS, Trader Joes, Safeway, etc., so the basics are covered.

The hub needs some help. Its no substitute for a nice downtown area. Fremont is trying to do some things nearby, but the city feels a bit peanut buttered (spread too thin) compared to other nearby cities with nice downtown/core areas..
