For our area its a good mall. Its got JCP, Sears, and Dicks. There is a huge Forever 21, Victorias Secret, Hot Topic, Spencers, Pac Sun, Rue 21, Vans, Journeys, a couple nice jewelry stores, a watch place, Torrid, a Chinese reflexology massage place, candy store, T-Mobile, New York & Co., Bath & Body Works and lots of other little stores. The mall has a decent food court. Place for kids to play, big restrooms, you can rent those animal things that kids can ride around on. The mall is always clean. Cool in the summer and warm in winter. Never busy enough to make you not want to go. Good parking situation. There is a Kohls just behind the mall and some more restaurants in the parking lot.

3 things: The food (left of the food court), The Childrens play area (minus the jumping and bigger kids), and Gamestop. Thats all that I go here for. Aarons massage doesnt wash their hands so honestly I dont understand why they are where they are in the mall (especially since there are massage chairs that will fix you up for $5). I think that the mall needs to expand on a top floor or add stores that are nonexistent up here (lego, Disney, other electronic stores) and get even more people into the mall, even expand parking and the number of entrances would be nice.

To be fair, the mall has suffered quite a bit in the Iphone age. There used to be a store for everyone in the family (art, electronics, toys music, book, stores etc...), but now were largely left with interchangeable tweener jeans stores and aggressive kiosk merchants. Having said that, I appreciate that the mall is trying with its recent remodel. If only they could expand their store selection, and we might visit more often instead of just dropping the kids off to shop with their friends.

This mall has a nice large lot for parking, the interior is clean but the selection of stores is lacking. A few of the stores feel as though they may close any day. There are some good stores available too. Dicks Sporting Goods, Vans, Spencer and Hot Topic are a few of the stores that seem to consistently have people shopping. The food court has some pretty disappointing choices and could use a makeover. The childrens play area seems vlean and well maintained. Always busy.

The individual stores are great, the interior is clean, but thats about all the nice things I can say for it. As a whole the mall feels like its on its last legs. Almost everything in the food court is closed down and whats left is sub-par at best. Theres only public restrooms at one end so if youre at the other end you better run for it. The decor of the mall is fine, but they really need to bring in foot traffic. Its depressingly barren there about 80% of the time.

Most sorry looking mall Ive ever seen. I think the only people I ever see there are probably ones that work in the stores. No good stores, really. Other than maybe Dicks sporting goods.Terrible food court, stores closing down (Sears), JC Penny is their anchor store.. really? The inly reason I go there is to sometimes pick up food from chipotle or Panera bread ( both not actually in side the mall but next to it)

This is not a mall. It is small, terribly planned out space with an even worse parking lot/incoming traffic waste of perfectly good space. The store are boring, the design is uninspired. Its just sad. Roseville Galleria; now Thats a Mall! When Im in the mood to go to the mall is r drive an hour and half south than five 5 minutes down the road to the one we have here. Its almost always empty!

With more and more closures this mall is slowly joining the waste side of decaying malls in America. Most stories do not off much and with a sub par food court and uninteresting vendors this mall has little to offer in comparison to the malls of Sacramento or even Redding. Forever 21, Mens Wharehouse, and Dicks Sporting Good remain as some of the last actors this mall has to offer.

I knew it when it was brand new and its gone downhill a little bit since then. Used to have a merry-go-round on the inside thats now out the food courts rather quiet the mall itself is not as busy as it used to be. Still the best mall in Chico to shop at but downtown is now becoming a little bit more competitive

It is a mall, whatelse to say? *laughs* It is always a very clean area, I have never been there when there is any security issues. I love the people that work down the center isle. Most are friendly and joyful to be around. Our mall has always seemed to stay full of businesses, I love that part.

very disappointed in overall stores available, lots of kiosk type shops if that is what you want. The place is clean. We wanted a family portrait and well ended up having a santa booth do the photo, and made santa sit out. The mall itself was not impressive. But it seems to be safe and clean.

This mall just makes me sad. There are no decent stores. With Sears closing, JCPenney is the only actual store? Do they even have good clothes? Unless you shop at forever 21, the only thing this mall is good for is walking around in air conditioning when its 100 out

Good luck getting help here. When I finally just asked about what I was searching for at a cash register, was sent to wrong part of store. Lots of selection, but that doesnt help when you cant get any assistance. Will buy my hiking needs elsewhere, or online.

This place is kind of scary empty on the weekdays. However I think its kinda cool. No rushing about bumping into people like at some malls. Their food court leaves a bit to be desired but there is certainly something for every one here.

Love their kids play ground inside. My baby always has fun playing and meeting with other kids. Only thing I wish they had is a gate at the entrance so I dont have to worry about my child runs away from the play ground.

This place may have been more lively in the past, but it seems the economy simply allowed for a more lackluster environment. You may be better off going to the Mt. Shasta Mall in Redding or Arden Fair in Sacramento.

This mall is amazing. Ive been to almost every store and the people are always friendly and I love bringing my friends here and having a good time. They have a good court with subway which me and my fiends love

This mall has a very clean, calm, and all around "nice" feel to it. I specifically visited the t mobile store. Everybody there was friendly and helped me with all of my inquiries. Highly recommended!

Its an average mall but the parking lot is hell most of the time especially near the main entrance. Other than that we just need more variety in stores and better restaurants in the food court.

Decent selection of shops, and clean as well. The food court leaves a lot to be desired, and sadly this mall is missing a Cinnabon store. Still, its a good place to go if youre bored.

Chico mall keeps loosing stores & is always so slow. Not very many options for eating. Stores are very limited & usually carry the same styles. Not fun to go to the mall.
