This place is pretty much a joke. People I know, call this place Ghost Town Mall. It has been on the decline for quite a number of years. There are almost no shops left open in this mall, which probably has units built for a hundred stores and of those spaces there are probably no more than 15 legitimate stores in operation. The owners of the mall have a couple of stores filled up with extra furniture and things but they are not stores that you can shop at and it becomes pretty obvious if you go there a couple of times that if the same store is closed every day when you go there that its not really a store thats open for business. From my understanding, before the real estate crash, the owners started jacking up the prices on everyone when it was actually a busy mall, because when you open a store its not an easy process to just take everything and move somewhere else, so apparently the owner felt that he had store owners in a bind and could charge pretty much whatever he wanted. What he failed to realize was that some of these big stores do have the resources to move when their lease is up if they dont like the terms of the deal and so, in a very short period of time he had several prominent stores move out of the mall in a close time period to each other and then in the next couple of years many other stores decided to do the same thing. Now, over the last five years or so it has just been a slow trickling parade of other stores leaving the mall, with the mall owners promising things to new store owners that they cant deliver on, so even if one or two stores do come into the mall, they dont end up staying very long at all. The food court there, if you can call it that, has about three little restaurants, which are Mom and Pop places that for them, they truly cannot afford to open up any type of restaurant facility anywhere else, with all of the expenses involved, and so they are trapped there, hoping that one day the mall will become revitalized somehow. The only saving grace over the last couple of years is that a Walmart grocery store has opened there,, but even with that, there is no way to go from the grocery store directly into the mall and so it still feels like a completely separate entity from the mall. I really do hope that at some point in the future a new owner takes over and the mall does find a way to become rebhorn, because it is centrally located in Woodland, and easy to get to, only about a half a mile down the street from the freeway, and right across the street from the fairgrounds, so it sure would be nice not to see this huge space just go to waste.

There are very few stores and most are never open. The mall opens at 10am, but the vendors show up whenever they want. There is also very little/no air conditioning so it is super hot in the summer. We mostly go to take the kids to the indoor play area. Great on rainy days.

This place is sad and scary. Not so much of a mall but more of a flea market feel. Half of the shops were closed when I visited, not that I would actually want to visit the shops if they were open. Think Tijuana flee market and that is County Fair mall.

Hey everyone, you all are in too much of a hurry, you drive through there too fast and you are not that courteous. I go there for Costco and they are good. So are these people Woodlanites? I am from Dixon.

Had to make a stop here so that our patrons of our Beer Garden (during the One Love One Heart Reggae Festival) would also have their supply of Rum Punch. Store keeper at the liquor store is very nice.

The only quality department store left is JC Penny. I really miss when the mall was filled with nice stores and at Christmas there would be people selling their handmade items.

I like a few of the stores but the mall management has fallen short. I would not open a store here unless the mall management did more advertising to bring in more shoppers.

This place was so fun back in the days, now its so dead. I missed Mervyns and Gottschalks before they went out of business. Still some decent places to shop there.

Sad and tired old mall. I like that they tried to update the stonework on the outside. The stores and interior are like a ghost town though.

This mall is just depressing. Theres only a handful of stores worth going into and you never see more than a few people walking inside.

Not enough businesses occupying the mall. The town needs to attract more business owners, therefore more options for shoppers.

Its pretty empty not sure why the place is considered a mall when its only got a walmart and maybe 5 other stores open inside.

Its just a miserable and sad mall. I dont think it qualifies even being called a mall.
