This strip of mall just keeps getting sweeter, IMHO~ They added their Victorias Secret and Forever 21 a few years back, along with Uniqlo (and cornology, haha), well-rounding off this strip (along with previously-established Banana Republic, GAP, H&M, Old Navy, and various boutiques) for any girls (of any age!) shopping desires. More recently, theyve finally added an American Eagle shop (AND Aerie!) here, though it cost us their Williams-Sonoma. D: Like all Barnes & Nobles, the Starbucks location here, unfortunately, still does not accept Starbucks cards, so you cant get your stars there. : Its nice that they have free Wi-Fi at most of the stores here, along with free Wi-Fi in general along the street. How easy it is to connect throughout the day and how reliable the signal is, though, is another matter... Also, you will NOT find any electrical outlets for students or the otherwise work-inclined anywhere along Bay Street. The closest electrical outlets would be in the plaza across the street at the cozy Starbucks there.

The traffic/parking scheme here is ridiculously bad. Weve found a semi-legal shortcut that we almost always use when we visit off-peak. Peak hours though, expect to be cut off trying to enter parking, wait in stupid lines, and sometimes not be able to exit within the allotted payment-to-exit parking time. Often find that parking payment machines are not working and they are ALWAYS super slow using a card. Movie theater validates for a cheaper rate, but no other stores seem to so expect to pay $5+ if you just go for dinner or some shopping during peak hours. Store selection is somewhat odd and theres no real "anchor" department store, however we do visit for West Elm, Body Shop, and Gap. Food offerings include froyo, pizza, bakery closed I think, CPK, Buckhorn, Pomodoro, Rubios, Fuddruckers. Old Navy, Sephora, and Uniqlo plus Barnes and Noble too.

Great outdoor mall. Gets a little rowdy in the summer because of the free shuttle and rambunctious kids. Just be aware of your surrounding like any other place and u will be fine. The stores are really nice. Not many cater to plus size people so thats a little disappointing but the lane Bryant is in the other shopping Plaza near ross. Awesome movie theater really nice and updated. The parking can suck around here but either opt for the parking garage or know how to take charge on the street to claim ur spot and you will be fine. Enjoy this place and treat it well as its one of the nicest near oakland. Oh lush is my favorite store it smells wonderful.

The strip mall built on Indian burial grounds, what can you say hmmm. You have to pay for parking, and I guess but : P Motorycle parking is at least free. The store selection is soulless, but then what else could be expected? The Express has a better than expected selection of Mens jeans. The movie theater is better than it looks from the outside, and the PF Changs and Elephant Bar are both better than the other Bay Area outlets of these franchises I have been to. They sometimes let local musicians play in the courtyard which is the most class this place manages.

At times too busy. Especially on weekends. There is 2 hour parking validation time limit for the AMC theater parking. Other places have a three hour limit for making it to your movie and back to your car after the movie before the city starts charging you. Movie tickets are highly overpriced. I paid $26 and change for two movie tickets during what should have been matinee pricing. Everything is overpriced here. I love the Bay Street Area but come on........ You guys make enough money without charging for every little thing.

I like the outdoor city-street style atmosphere. On weekends there are often kids playing and artists and musicians performing, solidifying the urban street with stores that just happen to be here effect theyre going for. If you want this to really serve as your go-to mall, the only thing its really missing is a major department store, like a Macys or a Pennys, even. Thats the only reason I took off a star. Great theater there too.

Nice outdoor mall with high end stores. Good selection of restaurants and a movie theater that has IMAX capability. One has to pay for parking, but cost is not unreasonable. Parking is in a garage, which offers shelter from heat and rain. Wish the mall was the same so one could enjoy it inspite of the elements. Several hotels nearby too which makes area an ideal location for a weekend getaway. Ikea is right next door!

An amazing area. If you are a shop a holic this the best place on earth. I love sitting in P.J Changs having a Jack. If you come here, and can not find a shop that interests you, it is a sad day. My problems are with some very noisy African American youths that made it uncomfortable at times. Other than shopping nothing much else to do in the area. No tourist buses or entertainment.

Good place to watch a movie, do some shopping, maybe eat some food. The theater is a pretty nice one, and there are a lot of great places to shop. The food options are just OK, better than the food courts at a lot of malls. Parking is not free, although validating your parking ticket after watching a movie gets you a pretty good discount (I think $2.50 off?).

Small outdoor shopping area that isnt packed full of people (but enough to make it lively and the place to be!) plenty of typical chain fashion stores. Food choices are ok, could be better. Parking is expensive and traffic in the neighboring areas are highly contested. Very pretty though as there arent many outdoor malls in the east bay.

The restaurants here are largely chains, which doesnt stand out so much when there are so many great places in the bay area. Navigating the complex is a confusing pain. Parking is even more of a pain as you have to navigate into the complex by weaving around a bunch of pedestrians. On the other hand, its pretty clean and lively.

This place has amazing views. With the view ranging from 3 bridges- san rafael, golden gate and bay bridge to islands- angels island and treasure island. The other side is the dock area. It is a nice place for a bbq (reservations need to be made in advance and are pretty easy), walk, run, photography or just for being outdoors.

Worst parking garage in the world. I have never before seen a large parking garage like this one with NO markings or signs to help you find your car. There are plenty of signs saying "Shops & Restaurants➡️" and "⬅️Exit." Note to the owners: maybe the $2 minimum parking charge can be put towards painting numbers on the columns.

A great open air shopping mall with a good variety of middle and upper income stores and shops. Nestled in upscale Emeryville, diverse crowd includes young professionals, middle class families, hipsters, housewives, businessmen, techies, and college students. Great cafes and seating spaces. Highly recommended.
