I was driving to a funeral, carrying the floral basket that I had purchased from my local florist. On the way there my basket arrangement tipped over, as I had placed it on the front passenger seat. The arrangement literally fall apart. I saw Downey Chapel Florist and rushed inside, Su (owner) was very concerned and replaced the damaged flowers and fixed up my arrangement in no time flat. I must admit my local florist did a beautiful job but sus use of color and design was even more beautiful. Thank you so very much. Youre a life saver. Everyone at the service loved your work.
