I live in Houston Texas and needed a birthday arrangement. I spoke to Wendy at the 514 N Lake Ave, Pasadena, CA location and ordered the Smiley cup with yellow roses and white daisies. I requested the premium arrangement.($50.00) I had my son pick it up as he was on his way to the BD party. He sent me a picture of the arrangement and I was in SHOCK!!! Wendy probably figured since I was in Houston she could box this arrangement up and we wouldnt notice! It looked nothing like the picture on line and NOT EVEN like the premium arrangement! A child could have done better!! The roses were wilted and beaten up to the point they had brown creases on them! The daisies were old and some had broken stems. I called Wendy and all I could get from her was an argument!! SHE DID NOT WANT TO DISCUSS AT ALL.. I had my son return the arrangement after giving her a chance to fix the problem, but SHE SWORE IT WAS GREAT! I wish I could attach a picture to compare the online picture vs what I was given! DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT NICE SERVICE and nice arrangements! THEY WILL CUT CORNERS! AND TRY TO HIDE IT IN A BOX!! I contacted The Flowerman @2450 E. Foothill Blvd.. right up the road from Flower Boutique and even though they were closing, took the time to make me an arrangement called Tropical Love! Absolutely beautiful !! If you want a nice arrangement contact The Flowerman!! Dont get upset trying to fix a bad arrangement with Wendy!!! Not worth my time AND HOPEFULLY SAVE YOU TIME AND EMBARRASSMENT !!!

Ordered flowers to be delivered. Never got delivered. Called to follow up order. Was first passed around and asked to call different store locations. After having done that, they later claimed that they never received my order although I was charged for it. I asked them for a refund and was told that I had to call a different corporation for that refund. Really felt undervalued throughout the process with unapologetic staff and owner. Also very disorganized as none of the staff including the owner seem to have any information regarding my order except for my payment information. Save yourself the headache and avoid this business like the plague.

Yes, it was Valentines Day, which is probably the busiest day of the year, HOWEVER, this was the worst experience ive had with a flower shop--i picked this place coz its only a couple blocks from my wifes work, nevertheless, the flowers never got there. i called 3 times to make sure they were going to make it--the first 2 times they said (without checking) that the order was en route. the 3rd time i called, they said the flowers were first in line to leave the shop, but by then my wife was leaving work. i was so disappointed and so was my wife. i hate this place.

Unreliable and unprofessional. I ordered two arrangements for Mothers Day, one for my grandmother and one for my mother. My mothers flowers never arrived. I specifically asked the woman taking my order if they could email me a receipt and she agreed but she never sent it. Called back on Mothers Day and they said the flowers had gone out and hung up. After discovering my mom never received her flowers, I had to go thru four phone calls to get refunded. You can imagine how disappointed I was to not have properly honored my mother on her special day.

This is the worst flower arragement Ive ever received. They are as wilted as if they are 5 days old. I cant move them without petals falling off and I just received this afternoon. They look as if they were thrown into the vase with 0 thought and some of the stems were broken. I wish I could add the photos to this review because its unbelievably awful. I do not recommend this florist at all.

Order 2 times prior valentines both times were fair but prices a Little high understandable. But the 3rd time n the most important my wife never receive her flowers worse valentines ever ! Not reliable for vday So dissapointed told my friends n co worker not to count on them! All they said was sorry n well give u money back !

The only thing my two previous boyfriends had in common (which was one of the reasons for me to like them) was they bought me flowers from here - a dozen of white roses with a purple ribbon, fresh and with stems as long as possible. However we are talking about the boutique... No matter the occasion, I recommend it.

I recently received a bouquet of flowers, they were so pretty! They were mostly purple with some lavender flowers in there as well. I loved them! I havent really seen anything like that before so it was really cool! Thanks Flower Boutique! (Also the delivery driver was really nice too!)

Great Fast Service. I ordered a bouquet for my wife. Prices are reasonable. The arrangement was neatly done and super artistic. Highly recommend this florist. Delivery was on time and order was accurate. She loved it!! This is the # 1 flower shop in Pasadena. No need to look elsewhere.

Ordering online was a breeze. However, the delivery is horrible. I placed order at 7:35 a.m, and they still have not gotten received by noon. I call to ask for status, and they refuse to call the driver. The delivery is in Pasadena, as is the flower shop. My suggestion go else where.

worst ever. our daughters sent us flowers for our 40th wedding anniversary and they arrived wilted. called to get a redelivery. customer service was rude . daughters got a partial refund. the new flower delivery was actually worst than the first.....would never use this place again.

WARNING!!!! Possible credit card fraud going on here. I used my card once over the phone to pay for flowers. A few weeks later, somebody tried to use my card to buy computers.
