I bought an expensive basket, with several potted flowering plants, for my wifes birthday from Brad one morning. I noticed a couple of flowers were drooping but was assured by Brad, the owner, that it was due to transportation to the shop. Due to the basket was the only one that has pink (preferred color) flowers, I did not have any other choice.He verbally guaranteed that I could come back to exchange for another color in case the plants started to wilt. I believed him and left. In the afternoon, all the flowers started to die and I called him. He was rude and refused to help me and told me "too bad" and " your risk" and I am not even allowed to exchange it for anything else as promised. He hung up the phone when I tried to call back. Subsequently, I discovered that the potted flowers really have no roots and were just "placed" in the pots with an illusion that they are really planted in the pots. I got cheated and want to warn other consumers so they will not fall into his trap. All he cares is grab the money. He does not care for return business or customer satisfaction either. I also noticed there are NO negatives reviews here which looks suspicious. He seems "too perfect". Buy at your own risk.

As hard it is to find parking, I ended up finding a space to walk all the way to their store to be turned around. The guy there told me I cant get any arrangements at all, not even a few flowers because of their online orders. He ended up telling me to plan ahead next year to get flowers. Really? Is that how you treat walk in customers? If youre going to have a store, let customers come in and ask what type of flowers they need. Dont preasume that we are all there to get roses. This was a last minute thing, looking for flowers for someone who is in the hospital right now. Thanks guys for nothing. Not coming back or ordering from this place.

I ordered and arrangement with little specifics. And this is what arrived. A BEAUTIFUL arrangement for my friend and Board member and it was so well received, I ordered another from the office for her. It too was spectacularly classy and every visitor of hers gave the arrangements glowing remarks. In fact, this picture was taken from another guest and shared with others because it was so classy. And I think I ordered this around 1pm and it was at Huntington Hospital by 4. I couldnt be happier! Ive got to find a way to hint to my boyfriend that if he ever wants to send me flowers, he MUST use Brad Larsen Florals. :)

My niece was going in for hand surgery and had a case of the blues. I called by phone from another part of the state and asked Brad for something that would really cheer her up. He was kind, understanding, and definitely interested in creating something that was just right. "A big, beautiful explosion of purple flowers" is the way she described the flowers that arrived on the same day that I called. Excellent service all the way around. Thank you, Brad.

Words can not express the fantastic service these guys pulled off. I have used many other florists in the past, and have never received such fast service/delivery. I asked (thinking this was impossible) for delivery by 12 noon (same day) on an order placed at 10am. The flowers arrived at 1122 ! Amazing. I dont care how they were delivered, Uber or horse back, they arrived in pristine shape. So Cal now has a life time customer, ! i am speechless !!

I live 3 hours North of my Mom but wanted to order her something amazing for Mothers Day. I called Brad Larsen florals with no idea what I wanted. They asked what I wanted to spend and then suggested an English Garden basket. I asked if they could do it in purple and gold (since shes a Lakers fan) and they were happy to help! The basket came out beautifully, not kitschy, and she was thrilled. Thank you!

If you are like me and hold high customer service expectation Brad Larson Florals certainly fills the bill. Walked in off the street told them my wifes favorite flower. Told them my budget. 10 minutes latter I had the best looking bouquet ive ever given my wife. She liked it so much she didnt take it out of the wrappings when she put in the water. Wonderful attention to detail and design.
