I liked nothing at all about this store. The customer service is so poor that I will never go into that store again. Even suggesting to the girl, Darlina that customer service would probably behoove her- & if she is going to work in the public, it may make her life easier- she continued to talk over me and tell me that its not their policy.?!! WT?? Just pathetic.

I have never shopped at this location before, I found a few items that I wasnt expecting to purchase. The only complaint is have is the customer service was poor at best and I was pushed out of the store because I was there close there closing time.

They dont carry 3xL and if they do its only 4-5 pieces that are ugly ass fk and the shoes are priced just as high as a mall retail store. I thought ross was a discount store not a full retail outlet for discontinued old goods

Good selection, better than some other Ross stores Ive been too. Worse part is when the place gets busy because the purchase line goes Extremely slowly. They seem to have an issue catching up when that happens.
