Below average Ross experience. This location is horribly kept up with clothing and merchandise scattered across the floors, items half on the shelves half on the ground. Mens restroom at the time was out of service while the womens restroom had no toilet paper, soap, and was disgustingly not clean. Trash thrown every including at the check out area. I left with out shopping knowing other locations arent usually like this. Yuck.

The customer service is great here the girls are always so friendly. Its a Ross Dress for Less so expect the mess,expect to be in the large crowd especially on holidays, but overall I think its a great store they really do have a lot of inventory different things coming in

Honestly, they close at midnight! That is super convenient, only it was SUPER busy this week, but it was probably due to the holiday weekend. Typically it is a bit unorganized, but they have a ton of great products. Just be ready to search!

Love the prices, they have plenty to choose from, great home deco. The only bad is, be prepared to stand a long line to check out and dont drink water before shopping there, as they dont have public restrooms.

This store did not have much. The Ross in Moreno Valley always has stuff. And the line here was so long. Well I guess all Ross stores are like that. Maybe I went at a bad time.

The place is unorganized most of the time, the lines tend to be long because there are not a lot of cashiers, however, if you want a good deal, its worth the small chaos.
