Originally I went into the store to kind of waste time and look around. I eventually found a cute little home decoration that I had decided on buying, the price was a great deal. Yet when I got to the cashier after her previous customer had left she ignored me. I was patient and just assumed she would get to me in a second, no she eventually just turned her back to me. Then the gentlman who was behind me was called up the the cashier next to mine! It was like I was invisible! So I left the item on the counter and just walked out. No one even noticed I was leaving either. Worse customer service I have ever encountered. I will never be shopping here again and Im advising everyone else not to either.

Its a Ross with slightly better but more expensive items. Each time Ive been to this particular store its been very messy with merchandise all over. Hardly saw any staff out on the floor fixing things up.
