This was the second time I shop at this location and it is the very last! On my first visit I called to ask if they had a specific kind of baby formula and the staff answered by saying "duh.." I couldnt believe how rude she was, but I thought, ok, maybe it was just that one.. The second time, I went for baby formula again, and the way it works is they dont give it to you. They give you a register number and then you request it once youre ready to check out, which is fine. What was not fine was when I went to pay. I got in a line that was 20 items or less since the register where they left the formula was extremely long! I do this all the time and it had never been an issue, well this time it was different. When it was my turn to pay, I let the cashier know about the baby milk, and she made such a big deal about it! She asked "Well why didnt you go over there?" I explained to her that that is usually how I do it and Ive never had a problem. She responds by saying "well I cant go and get it." so I say ok, well how can we do this. I offered to go and get it, and so I went over to that register, explain to the other cashier... Then she says, oh no, I cant give it to you... I had to wait for them to call staff... To make matters worse, when I went back the first cashier, she had made a mistake with my items, again I had to stand there and wait for a manager to come and cancel the transaction. And AGAIN, she repeats the mistake! So again the waiting game. Over all, I had to wait such a long time! I got in the line to check out at 9pm, and I know because I checked and thought it was late already, I did not leave till past 9:50 PM. From my experience, it seems the staff there are definitely not properly trained. They lack in customer service skills. They are so rude and just DO NOT CARE about the customers one bit! Never ever going to this Walmart again! Ill just stick to Target. People are way nicer there!

Es el peor walmart que he entrado, Los pasillos muy estrechos, y aun asi tienen muchisimas cajas por todos lados que no puedes caminar con el peligro de que te caigan encima o tropieces con ellas nunca, tienen suficiente del mismo producto, cierran los departamentos con cinta azul o con carritos para que nadie pase y si ocupas algo de ese departamento no lo puedes obtener solo abren dos lineas en la noche y se hacen unas lineas inmenzas aparte las cajeras no son tan lentas y cuando te estan atendiendo te dejan de atender para ir a hacer otras cosas.he visto como en costumer sevice las empleadas avientan los productos que la gente regresa a los carritos para volverlos a acomodar en cada departamento, productos que la gente vuelve a comprar dañados pirq los mismos empleados se encargan de que se dañen he escuchado como los empleados q acomodan los productos en la parte de productos de limpieza,hablan de los traceros de las mujeres que van pasando y no les importa q los escuchen esta tienda es un desastre

Deferentially the worse customer service even in Walmart. I get it people willing to sacrifice customer service a bit for price at times but only to a point. My story: Called the store 5 times at 8 A.M. to ensure that I can pick up an over$100 product in the store before paying online. This is because in my past experience, the website doesnt really communicate to the store. Sherry picked up the phone and has a REFUSE-to-LISTEN attitude all the way. She cut me off when I speak, kept shuffled me to other departments which doesn’t even open, and let the call naturally discontinue 3 times (!!!) after put me on hold. I was totally pissed. I called the 6 times. They have caller ID and I can hear Sherry let someone else – Misha answered the phone this time. Misha has a much better customer service and common sense. She let me speak and understood what I really want is an item check before place an online order. She took my number, check the status, and call me back in 5 minutes. I will do an update 5 hours later to see if I can really get my order. If not, remaining 1 star. BTW, this is no longer a supercenter. Relatively limited selections in lots of categories. No one expects great customer service from Walmart, but today Sherry definitely set a new record for bad customer service (I don’t even know if it’s a real name. She never stated her name btw).

If you’re the type that loves a typical Walmart with its competitive prices and one stop variety, then you’ll probably be happy with this location. They make your happy meals and craft your lenses and replace your tires. Its the full experience complete with electric vehicle charging. However, if you hate a typical Walmart with its poor inventory, nonexistent organization, anemic staffing and painful employee policies, then you will probably hate this place. There has not been a single time I’ve visited that there has been abundant staffing. I’m convinced that they intentional short staff every shift just to save money. Everyone works way harder than they should and skips their paid breaks to help their colleagues way too often. The customer service area always has an insane line for pick ups and returns. This is not unique to this location but is unique to Walmart. I don’t really factor in the small business crushing, rural city destroying, part time employee exploiting nature of the beast into my rating for the store though. My review is naturally from the point of view is the customer and I hate the long slow lines that are permanent here when Target and the like never seem to have such problems.

Treatment to those with disabilities is no a priorty they have automatic carts but no system to run it. You go to the store and are feeling lazy or your kids bully you into trying it...really I dont care what you thought but there are people who need these carts and theres nothing wrong with you. LEAVE THEM ALONE...And those who say you never know, I just yesterday seen a woman GET OFF the cart walk with ease up and down a aisle and return to her cart with an item she retrieved herself from the top shelf. Clearly the little grandma whom may have rode the bus there to buy odds and ends for dinner for a family of grandchildren shes raising while dealing with a hip repalacment, low blood sugar, and a knee ready for surgery to replace like her last one last winter. Personally, Ive seen every race do it so dont event make it racist or blame one group. JUST as for handicap proof or check them out in that parking area. WALMART DO SOMETHING.

Horrible effin service on the phone. First of all I should really report that they dont know enough English to do their damn job. I called to check a upc for an item that is in SPORTING GOODS. .i was on hold for a long time so I hung up and called right back and she said "she checked and u hung up, but its available online in apparel I said WHAT!??? The item I want is in sporting goods. So she said OH and transferred me to the department in which no one answered. I called back, no answer but I can tell they transferred the call again. No answer, Hung up, called again asked for manager and I was on hold for 30 min so I hung up and decided to write this in which I never get such horrible service anywhere to actually post a bad review like this!!! They are lucky I wasnt there to really make a complaint!
