I love this place. Excellent wood products, specialty hardware, simply the best for cedar. You can pick what you want from every pile, and they have a great team that have always been right there to help. I am proud to recommend Payless Building Supply in Chico, California.

I bought these fencing boards from Payless lumber and as you can see in the pictures they are horrible quality. I couldnt take them back as they charge a 15% restocking fee. ALL boards had major imperfections

Higher pricing on lumber than nearly options with less of a selection both in the store front and lumber yard. The quality is better here but the selection and price is significantly different.
