The customer service at CVS in general seems to be declining but tonight at the CVS in Carmichael was a new low for them. I am a bartender and have gone to this CVS several times after I have gotten off of work late at night to get a money order and never had an issue. Tonight I dealt with Lon first I believe his name is, he said that he doesnt do money orders after midnight and when I told him that I have done them in the past several times his response was "Well Ive been working here for 5 months and Ive never seen you." Then he proceeded to call his co-worker Linda up, yelling for her across the store after he couldnt get the paging system to work. She walks up and I explain that I need a money order and that I have been able to do them before after midnight and she says "Well I dont know what to tell you" in a very rude and condescending tone. Amazing that these people can manage to keep a job there when they definitely seem to lack customer service skills.

The absolute worst pharmacy staff ever!!!! They are not helpful...they are actually rude when you ask for help. Almost like you are bothering them. The pharmacist herself was no better...very short in response to questions and advice. I will never walk in there for anything again. I left and went straight to Walgreens which is only about a mile up the street.

This CVS seems like its too big for some reason. Its clean, but they dont have enough products to fill it, so it winds up looking like a store thats a few months away from going out of business. With that said, its clean and had pretty good service. Still, not my fav store. Had that creepy small town vibe.

This place sucks balls for prescriptions. The short guy with black hair at the counter who works there apparently cant remember to send in for refill when you ask him to. Do not go here! Go to walgreens or rote aid!! I will never go here again!!!!

Pick up all my medication here. Customer service is OK but the prices are great. The overall quality of the store is pretty poor and seems to be getting worse. Signs warn customers to watch for expiration dates or you may be buying spoiled food.

Older store that could use revamping. Employees are great. Always greet you when you come in. Never had a problem in the 4 yrs Ive been shopping in this store.

Just the worst. Everytime time I go there there no ones is there. Sometimes the food is expired! And no one wants to eat expired food( unless your homeless)
