amy was horrendous...talked the whole time she wrapped my gifts took 30 minutes for 2 small packages...total price $31 bucks. They charge you for whole rolls of ribbons and paper when you only need small wrap job. Then after you buy all the unnecessary material its 6 bucks per item...So 2 small gift wraps 25 bucks and you wait 30 minutes while she sits there talking to her coworker while you sit and wait...Forget this place. Not to mention she has no social skills doesnt know how to say please or thank you. I am amazed grown adults who work in these tedious jobs act in such a rude manner... I guess they will never learn and they deserve what they get...Avoid Amy and Avoid this place!!

I went in looking for a calendar during the 50% off sale, and when I couldnt find what I was looking for, Meg found it for me! She was super helpful and informative about the classes coming up and delightful to interact with. Love their non-card items like water bottles, home decor, and wrapping paper.
