Ordered photos to be printed - came in after it was scheduled for pickup and order was not processed - they kept telling me 10 minutes and finally let me know their machine was broken. Had to transfer my order to another store which took 40 minutes more of waiting in person before being told they cant confirm the order went through and to try there later. Their process is terrible - they blamed Walgreens photo center online for having a bad system and were unapologetic. Will never be using walgreen photo services again.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in Las vegas. The pharmacy staff and pharmacist are so rude and try to be as nosey as they can . They will override what your doctor says and will do only what they want. They will not refill your meds a few days early like other pharmacies here. They look and speak to you like your a drug addict. If there was a way to write them up or get them in trouble I would in a heartbeat. Very unprofessional. Do not go here.

Dropped off RX @ 5:30 pm to return in about an hour, returned @ 7:10 pm RX not ready, they said it would be about 5 minutes. Waited patiently. @ 7:40 pm inquired about prescription, and was informed it was ready 25 mins ago but they forgot to call me over the loud speaker. I was sitting in pharmacy area the whole time. 1 pharmacist, 3 pharmacy techs and 2 store employees. Dropped the ball again. Not the first time.

Had a very positive experience today 3-21-2016 at the Walgreen pharmacy. The pharmacist there was a very friendly new her job, worked very quickly. It was a very nice experience that you dont see everyday. I was in the Decatur and Craig store in North Las Vegas. I feel she should be commended for being a True Shinning Star.

Pharmacy Excellent Customer Service! Thank You Tiffany! Even though i failed to do my part in my workers comp claim, she called all the numbers for me and got them to approve my prescription within minutes! And doing so with a great attitude and smile. Thanks again Tiffany!

Dumbest pharmacy staff ever, must be sampling the opioids, tried to tell my wife she had to go to the VA to get a Tricare prescription. My wife has never been in the military. They are STUPID!!!!!
